THE GRAPHIC DESIGNER (VOLUNTEER ROLE)

We are looking for a versatile, imaginative Graphic Designer who can create a wide range of promotional materials — both digital and print — to support our outreach, events, programmes, and brand presence.

You will play a key role in shaping how MINDSET Charity is seen, recognised, and remembered.

We are a Kingston-based social marketing enterprise using creative thinking to build community cohesion.

We aim to attract knowledgeable individuals encouraging different cultures to unite which enables us to share and celebrate essential lessons. Partnering with local organisations, we put on programmes of training, workshops and other events that promote unity and tolerance. The Admin Assistant role offers a great opportunity for the right person who is looking to:

The Professional Development Programme with Quilombo UK and QMC Capoeira School runs over a period of 16 weeks, is UNPAID and requires a minimum of 12 hours commitment per week across Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday.

Upon successful application, our HR team will contact you to arrange an interview. Following a successful interview, we'll initiate the onboarding process by sending you the necessary documents. Once your onboarding and identification documents are received and verified, you'll be invited to a 6-hour HR and System Induction. Burning Nights CRPS Support is seeking a passionate and creative Content Lead Volunteer to help shape and deliver engaging content that raises awareness of a rare chronic pain condition, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), supports those impacted and strengthens our charity’s voice across multiple platforms.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to guide and inspire a team of volunteer content writers, oversee content planning and development, and play a key role in delivering our communications strategy. From website articles and member publications to awareness campaigns and digital content, your work will help ensure that people living with CRPS, their families, healthcare professionals and supporters have access to high-quality, accurate and engaging information.

Key Tasks and Objectives

• Lead a team of content writer volunteers.

H4All is working to advance the health and wellbeing of residents in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

This is done through our Community Champions programme, which is an initiative made up of organisations and local volunteers who promote positive wellbeing messaging and share healthcare information.

We are looking for committed volunteers who are interested in public health and meeting people in the community. As a Community Champion, you’ll be conducting community outreach, making new connections and supporting us with Community Health projects.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be an essential part of the team, welcoming clients and visitors to the hub. You’ll be providing information and key admin support that enables people to get the help they need with their housing.

Our fundraising volunteers use their passion for cats and people to raise the vital funds needed to help more cats and kittens in need. Every GLF board member plays a direct role in the success and sustainability of the organisation.

• Fundraising Commitment:
  Every board member must actively participate in fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, and sponsorship drives.
  Each member is required to make a personal monthly donation to the organisation (amount optional but meaningful).

• Time Commitment:
  Minimum of 20 hours per month, including board meetings, subcommittee work, fundraising events, and strategic planning.

Position: Board of Director - Program & Impact Expert (Unpaid Volunteer Role)

Reports to: Board Chairperson

Location: Hybrid (remote + in-person events as needed)

Purpose: To oversee program design, evaluation, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide development of youth and family support programs.

• Ensure alignment between mission, outcomes, and measurable impact.

• Oversee safeguarding and quality assurance standards.

• Provide expertise in social work, education, or community development.

• Mentor staff to maintain high ethical and service standards.

• Background in social work, education, youth engagement, or nonprofit program management.
