Women at The Well is a London-based women's organisation working with women facing disadvantages. We have special expertise in supporting those affected by sexual exploitation. We are a friendly and driven team, and we're looking for new trustees who share our values and want to help guide our work, with an extra call out for a Treasurer if you have some finance skills. Are you driven and motivated by sales with knowledge of running an online shop? Are you familiar with Facebook marketplace, eBay Vinted and any others? Could you take on the roles of managing our products, selling them, packing them and posting them? A few hours a week volunteer time is all we are asking for a new dynamic role that could lead to a big business opportunity, whilst raising vital funds for a small grassroots charity. 

We are looking for an 'Online Seller' volunteer to coordinate the end to end process of itemising and uploading the items on online reseller sites (i.e. facebook marketplace, ebay, vinted), packing up items, and managing all communication and item exchange with interested buyers to maximise the funds from sales as much as possible. The items will be dropped off to you to coordinate pick up with buyers, and therefore we are looking for volunteers that are London based only and have the space to store small items (clothing, books, ornaments etc). 

As well as ideally having previous experience selling items online through online marketplaces like facebook and ebay, we are looking for volunteers who are highly organised, with strong written communication skills, in order to deal with buyers throughout the process. We are looking for that high energy person to help push the sales of our products, ranging right across the board from anything to everything.

What’s in it for you? Volunteering at PINT is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in  the charity sector, develop your skills, and contribute to an amazing cause. However there is commission avaliable of up to 50% per item of the profit made. The rewards are huge but the impact will be greater.

The time commitment can be flexible with whatever you are able to give, but around 4 hours a week on average could be a good estimate.

We are ideally looking for around 4–8 hours of volunteering per week, depending on the role and your availability. Job Summary:

The CRM and Data Support Volunteer will provide practical, supervised support with agreed data entry, cleansing, checking and record management activities. The volunteer will help us reduce identified backlogs, improve the reliability of organisational information and prepare agreed datasets for reporting or migration.

This is a time limited volunteering opportunity suited to someone who wants to develop practical experience of Salesforce, data quality and information management within a charity and social enterprise environment.

The Quality Assurance and Impact Lead will set priorities, provide instructions, review progress and approve any activity involving record merging, anonymisation, retention or deletion. Department Leads and designated data owners remain responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of information generated within their areas.

What you will support us with

CRM data cleansing and maintenance

·  Review Salesforce records against agreed data quality standards and instructions.

·  Correct incomplete, inconsistent or inaccurate records where the source information is clear and the correction has been authorised.

·  Support agreed data entry and keep an accurate record of significant changes completed.

·  Flag records that require investigation, judgement or a management decision.

Duplicate record review

·  Review potential duplicate accounts and contacts using agreed criteria.

·  Help prepare records for controlled consolidation and support approved merges under supervision.

·  Escalate unclear or complex duplicate cases before any change is made.

·  Support the review of an initial backlog of more than 3,000 potential duplicate records.

Alumni data cleansing and migration

·  Help cleanse, standardise and prepare historic alumni information for migration into Salesforce.

·  Check records for completeness, consistency and appropriate formatting.

·  Support the consolidation of alumni datasets to create a reliable baseline for future outcomes reporting.

·  Support work on an initial dataset of approximately 380 alumni records.

Data retention, anonymisation and deletion support

·  Support agreed retention, anonymisation or deletion activity only when directly instructed and supervised.

·  Maintain a clear audit trail and pause immediately if any instruction or record is unclear.

·  Follow confidentiality, data protection and information governance requirements at all times.

·  Do not independently decide whether information should be retained, anonymised or deleted. The initial review may include more than 1,500 records.

Tooting Works data preparation

·  Help prepare, clean and standardise agreed Tooting Works information before migration into approved systems.

·  Assist with reviewing information held across existing databases and with digitising appropriate tenancy or operational records where agreed.

·  Identify missing, duplicated or inconsistent information and refer queries to the relevant data owner.

·  Support scoping across approximately nine existing databases or data sources, subject to the agreed technical plan.

Salesforce reports, dashboards and KPI support

·  Help check agreed Salesforce reports against documented reporting requirements.

·  Review report filters, fields and dashboard dependencies, and refer technical issues to the appropriate lead or specialist.

·  Assist with routine dashboard refreshes, data collation and preparation of management information.

·  Support outstanding KPI data entry, initially covering around 30 reports and 15 KPI records across six months.

Do you want to invest your time supporting women who are marginalised in Tower Hamlets? Do you feel called to social justice and want to do something about it? For over 20 years we have been supporting women involved in selling sex. Many of the women credit our Door of Hope project with being key to their sense of wellbeing whilst on the streets and for some, their exit from selling sex.

We are recruiting new volunteers to continue delivering consistent outreach, early Thursday morning, and late Friday evening.

We need volunteers to work with the women we support. We are looking for women with:

• A vision for reaching out to women involved in/affected by selling sex/sexual exploitation.
• Empathy, compassion and a non-judgmental approach.
• An ability to build trusting relationships whilst maintaining personal boundaries.

As a Home-Start Camden & Islington volunteer, you’ll use your own parenting or childcare experience to support a local parent who may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated or lacking confidence. By spending just 2–3 hours a week with a family, you can help them feel more confident in their parenting, access local activities and services, attend appointments, and feel less alone.

At the same time, you’ll develop practical skills in communication, active listening, relationship-building and problem-solving. Hibiscus continues to develop specialist services from an intersectional feminist and trauma-informed perspective addressing everyday experiences of violence to which women are subjected and institutional harms.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Roots Academy Canada. You will help bring Islamic learning to life through purposeful, polished, and impactful design.

Key tasks

• Design Development: Create visually compelling graphics for use across social media, email, web, presentations, and print

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with Roots Academy’s brand guidelines and Islamic values

• Content Support: Collaborate with the social media and education teams to translate ideas and scripts into polished, engaging visuals

• Campaign Assets: Support event and program launches by designing posters, promo kits, and other visual collateral

• Template Creation: Build easy-to-edit templates for internal teams to use (e.g., Canva or Google Slides)

• Revision & Feedback: Adapt designs based on team feedback while maintaining efficiency and quality

• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on design and content trends, especially within the faith-based and youth development space

• Project Management: Maintain organized design files and deliver work in a timely manner

This fundraising role is enjoyable, very varied and could involve tasks such as:

· Helping out on a stall for a few hours at a fair.

· Raising awareness of HOLG at corporate/commercial partner events.

· Helping out on one of our social fundraisers such as quiz nights, theatre nights, concerts etc.

· Running a raffle or tombola.

· Being an ambassador to raise awareness to the work of HOLG.

· Prepare, set up and take down for events (including gazebos, etc).

The list is not exhaustive and will often depend on what fundraising opportunities we have through the year!

As a Retail Photographer with Together Trust, you'll be at the heart of our fundraising efforts, capturing stylish shots of brand-new and vintage clothing to help raise money for our life-changing services. You’ll be working with a fun, creative team and using your photography skills to showcase clothes donated by big names like Boohoo and preloved gems from our local community.

You’ll also have the chance to level up your social media game by posting your shots on platforms like Vinted, helping us sell these items and fundraise in the process!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers of all backgrounds to get involved – no previous experience required, just a love for fashion and a desire to help! All we ask is that you bring your energy and creativity. You can stop volunteering at any time, and you’ll always be supported by our team.

More about the role:

We need a creative and enthusiastic volunteer to help us photograph stylish clothes for online sale, raising funds to support our young people while gaining valuable experience in fashion photography and social media.

What you will be doing:

- Measuring donated clothes and recording information for listing
- Steaming clothes and styling them in a way that makes them pop on camera
- Capturing high-quality photos of donated clothing and accessories
- Highlighting unique details like buttons, patterns, beads, and embellishments (review our - Photography Handbook for help)
- Helping raise vital funds for Together Trust’s life-changing services
- Help us on Mondays (10am-11am) or Fridays (11am-1pm)

Are you a big football fan who enjoys playing football as well as watching it?

We are looking for volunteer football enthusiasts to both play football and enjoy talking all things football with someone with learning disabilities and or autism.  As a volunteer you will need to be able to volunteer for a couple of hours each week.

What does the role involve?

Our football volunteers will enjoy spending time having a kick about, perhaps watching a game on TV and perhaps having a post-match discussion. Trips to watch the odd live game would also be an enjoyable experience for the people we support.
