In England today, too many men are fighting silent battles. They are navigating the complexities of mental health and personal growth without a compass or a tribe. At MINDSET, we are changing that narrative. We believe that through brotherhood, community, and intentional self-improvement, every man can reclaim his strength and purpose.

We have the vision. We have a dedicated Board of Trustees. We have the momentum. Now, we need the engine.

The Volunteer Opportunity: Operations Manager (Volunteer)

As our first-ever Operations Manager, you won’t just be "volunteering"—you will be the right hand to our Founder and CEO. You will be the bridge between our ambitious milestones and the real-world impact we make on men across the country.

Who You Are

We aren't looking for a CV; we’re looking for a character. We need a leader who is:

  • A Natural Strategist: You have the entrepreneurial spirit to see a "brand new" charity not as a blank page, but as a canvas for greatness.

  • A People Person: You understand that "Operations" is actually about people. You can inspire, direct, and steer a team with empathy and clarity.

  • A Person of Action: You possess the passion and dedication to turn "what if" into "what is."

  • A Believer: You are deeply committed to men’s mental wellbeing and the power of personal growth.

The Volunteer Role

Working directly with the Founder, you will steer the ship. You’ll manage the day-to-day mechanics of the charity, refine our processes, and ensure that every milestone we hit translates into a better life for a man in need.
