About the Role

St Michael’s and All Saints’ Charity, is a philanthropic, grant giving Charity based in Oxford and its purposes are:
1. To help St Michael's continue to be an active church community in the heart of Oxford; and

The Charity finds itself in the position of being able to welcome three new Feoffees who share our values, passion and dedication, who are willing to develop a sympathetic understanding of the work of the Charities and have experience working in an environment governed by a legislative/regulatory framework, be it charitable, non-profit or private sector.

· Chair Designate of the Feoffee board; the current chair is planning to step-down in 2027;

We are looking for an Events Assistant who can help us organise monthly community dinners featuring three course meals from around the globe to enable the charity to engage with and attract donors. Long Covid Support is moving to a new website and stepping forward with a fresh brand identity. We need an SEO expert to help us get it right from day one. This is a chance to make a real impact. · Meet with our project lead to establish our needs, set realistic timeframes, and design an effective SEO approach for us
· Ensure effective traffic is directed to our new site, including managing connections to our old site where advisable
· Lead keyword optimisation as a result of our name and brand change
· Set up Google Analytics to help us gather robust, high-quality data from our new website
· Collaborate with our team, brand advisors, and existing IT support to ensure you have all the information and access you need
· Advise on Google Ad Grants services once SEO work has concluded - the role could extend if you're interested in developing this workstream

Get Out There groups are a growing division of Sense that cater for children between 6 and 16 with complex needs. We provide a 4 hour social setting which caters for children and families who need respite. We offer activities such as games, puzzles, arts and crafts, experiments, cookery and sensory play. The Anglo-Danish Society is seeking a Treasurer with relevant qualifications and experience to take on the important role of managing all aspects of its finances, including compliance with the law and charitable regulations, in addition to accounting.

Do Me A Favour Buddy (DMAFB) is a preventative workforce health platform. We use validated psychological science to help managers spot early signs of declining work energy, low psychological safety, and unmet needs in their teams — and act before people reach crisis point. We are UK and Swiss registered, working alongside researchers at King's College London, UCL, Brunel, and the University of Sussex, and currently piloting with NHS and enterprise teams.
What you'd do
As a member of our feedback panel, you'll take part in short, structured design tests — for example, viewing a page for five seconds and telling us what you think the company does, choosing between two design directions, or showing us where you'd click first. Occasionally we'll invite you to a relaxed 30-minute video call to walk through the platform and tell us what's confusing, what's compelling, and what's missing. You can do as much or as little as suits you; every activity is optional.
