343 Volunteer roles in Lymington

As Portsmouth Cathedral enters its centenary year, we invite you to put your skills and experience to meaningful use, supporting the Cathedral today while helping to build strong foundations for its future.

Chapter, the Cathedral’s governing body, is seeking to appoint up to three people to its well-established Finance Committee, which also serves as the Audit and Risk Committee. We are looking for governance and committee experience at senior level, alongside relevant and recent expertise in one or more of the following areas:

· Finance or accountancy

· Fundraising

· Investments and endowments

· Trading subsidiaries

· Audit and risk

You will bring sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively to the governance of a charitable organisation. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to important decisions at a significant moment in the Cathedral’s story.

Commitment: Up to six meetings a year, with a hybrid option allowing you to take part in person or remotely.
