At MINDSET Charity, we’re on a mission to help men and boys build stronger mental fitness, improve their wellbeing, develop confidence and navigate life with greater understanding, resilience and purpose.

We believe that supporting men and boys should feel empowering, practical, relatable and relevant to real life. We want to challenge perceptions, start conversations, build connections and make personal growth something people feel motivated to be part of.

But to make that happen, we need people to know who we are, understand what we do and get excited about what we’re building.

That’s where YOU come in.

We’re looking for creative thinkers, talented communicators, brand builders, content creators and community-minded people who want to use their skills to help MINDSET grow.

Whether you’re a graphic designer, social media whizz, marketing strategist, PR professional, photographer, videographer, copywriter, digital creative or someone who knows how to bring people together, we want to hear from you!

• Tell our story — communicate our mission, share our values, showcase our work and help people understand why MINDSET matters.

• Raise awareness — get our name, message and services in front of the people and organisations who need to know about us.

• Build a community — connect supporters, volunteers, partners, funders and people who believe in what we’re trying to achieve.

• Generate support and opportunities — help us attract donations, funding, sponsorship, partnerships, resources and the connections we need to grow.

• Create excitement around MINDSET — develop campaigns, ideas, events and initiatives that build interest and turn awareness into action.
