Job description

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER @ REMIX

Grow the skills. Shape the learning. Power young Londoners to rise.

REMIX is a youth charity with energy. We’re bold. We’re positive. We’re community-first. We back young Londoners with confidence, skills, networks, and opportunities to rise — on their terms, in their voice, with their power.

Now we’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager who can help us build the learning journeys, training pathways, and growth experiences that make REMIX a place where young people — and volunteers — level up.

This is a role for someone who loves development, loves people, and loves seeing potential turn into power.

We want someone who is:

  • Passionate about youth empowerment, personal growth, and social mobility

  • Full of energy, creativity, and ideas that feel modern and youth‑driven

  • Excited by designing training, workshops, and learning experiences

  • Confident supporting volunteers, facilitators, and young leaders

  • Organised, positive, and committed to building a culture of continuous learning

What you’ll actually do:

  • Design and deliver training for volunteers, youth leaders, and programme teams

  • Build learning pathways across employability, wellbeing, life skills, and personal development

  • Create fun, accessible, youth‑friendly learning resources

  • Support volunteers to feel confident, prepared, and empowered in their roles

  • Help track growth, development, and learning outcomes

  • Work with the CEO and programme leads to embed learning across REMIX

  • Bring fresh ideas that reflect the voices, needs, and dreams of young Londoners

This is your chance to shape the learning culture of a movement.

Why this role matters:

Learning is where confidence grows. Where skills develop. Where young people realise their power — and volunteers step into theirs.

Your leadership helps REMIX:

  • Deliver high‑quality, life‑changing programmes

  • Build a confident, skilled volunteer community

  • Create opportunities that open doors

  • Make sure every young person feels supported and unstoppable

You become the:

  • Architect of learning and growth

  • Champion of development and confidence

  • Leader who shapes the REMIX learning experience

  • Positive force behind every young person’s journey

Who this is perfect for:

  • People with experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or youth development

  • Early‑career professionals wanting leadership experience

  • Creatives who love designing learning experiences that feel fun and meaningful

  • Anyone who wants to help build a movement, not just a charity

If you’re ready to build learning that helps young Londoners rise — REMIX wants you.

Let’s build something powerful together.
