Job description

We’re looking for 1 volunteer office and administration supporter, over the age of 18 years old, to join our Facilities Team at our head office.

We’re happy to be flexible regarding the days and hours you volunteer, volunteering will have to take place between Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.

The Volunteer will need to be confident with using Microsoft program software (Outlook, Excel, Word). Happy to cover Reception, familiar with Skype, Video Conference setup, using of franking machine, opening of post and experience of using photocopiers i.e. scanning, printing etc.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is not required for this role.
