Ecosy Travel is a certified social enterprise reducing the climate impact of travel & tourism with innovative software to support travellers and tourism businesses to cut their carbon footprints. HEAD OF MARKETING
- We are looking for a volunteer Head of Marketing to: develop Ecosy's brand and content marketing strategy that brings together our brand story, vision, voice and messaging into a coherent and deliverable strategy for implementation by our content marketing coordinator. Review our existing brand assets, both for our B2B and B2C products and content, to refine and optimise our messaging.

Chair of Trustees
We are looking for a Chair of Trustees who is passionate about the cause but also keen to get involved and help drive the charity’s strategic direction.
Working for a small Muscular Dystrophy family charity, you will work closely with trustees and the charity’s founder and CEO to drive the organisations strategic direction.
Position: Chair of Trustees
Location: Hybrid / South East

The Role
You will work closely with the charity’s founder and CEO but also you will lead the trustees in strategy, good governance, and policy development. As part of this engagement, the Chair will provide support to the CEO, including supporting his wellbeing and ongoing professional development.
Other duties will include:
· When necessary, ensure the Chair and Trustees challenge the CEO constructively and only in the best interests of the charity as ‘critical friends’.
· Liaising with the Charity Secretary, and the CEO with drafting agendas and supporting papers for Trustee meetings, ensuring provision of timely information and sharing with all.
· Ensure charity business is covered efficiently and effectively in meetings.
· Undertake a leadership role to ensure that board members fulfil their governance responsibilities and that trustee decisions are acted upon.
· Maintain trustees’ commitment to board renewal, succession planning and trustee performance reviews, in line with the governing document.
· Ensure board and trustee performance is reviewed annually.
· Ensure the performance of the CEO is reviewed annually.
The Chair will also ensure that Trustees make an effective contribution and are engaged, fully involved and invested in the charity in discharging their responsibilities.
Time Commitments
· The time commitment required to fulfil the Chair role will be somewhere between 2-3 days per month
· MHF’s Trustee Board meets virtually once every 2 months, for 2 hours, within the financial year (1st Mar – 29th Feb)
· The Chair & trustees are encouraged to attend and engage with at least one Muscle Dream programme per year
· The Chair will conduct an annual review meeting with each trustee, outside of any other trustee meetings
· The Association of Chairs (AoC) are an independent association of Chairs of social purpose and not-for-profits – formed to help Chairs with their unique task to lead the board in delivering the organisation’s aims – the AoC offer some excellent resources including Chair Training (if required)

We are looking for a team player, who is able to support our board to grow the charity over the next few years. Our aim is to break down barriers which prevent people accessing the arts – as well as enriching our community with our workshops, community events and gallery space. Jail Time Records is a non profit record label producing the music of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated artists from prisons in Cameroon and Burkina Faso. We built the first recording studio inside an African prison in the Central Prison of Douala-Cameroon. Jail Time Records believes that art and creativity can be used as powerful instruments for change, integration and rehabilitation. Incarcerated populations are amongst the most marginalised communities worldwide, and particularly in Africa. The punitive justice system in place does little to help those incarcerated reintegrate into society, and society sees incarceration as a sign of stigma and taboo. In Cameroon's prisons rehabilitation programs are almost inexistent.
We bring cultural activities and programs to one of the most marginalised communities in Cameroon and Burkina Faso, the incarcerated population. Through music and visual arts we stimulate inmates and former inmates to engage positively, find ways to express themselves non violently, and find hope and trust in new ways of being. Through the work of the prisoners that we publish and promote, we help transform the way society sees incarceration.

3. Collaboration with Verticals Teams:
• Partnership Development & Collaboration Team: Coordinate with this team to identify and establish alliances and partnerships with local, regional and global organisations, businesses, councils, and thegovernment to acquire education and skill development resources, speakers or information.
• Fundraising & Financial Management Team: Collaborate with this team to conduct fundraising activities and financial planning for the Education and Skill Development service line. Identify diverse revenue streams, such as grants, donations, corporate sponsorships, fundraising events for the Education and Skill Development service.
• Volunteer Engagement Team: Work with this team to recruit, train and manage volunteers to support the Education and Skill Development service delivery.
• Marketing Outreach & Advocacy: work with this team to enhance visibility of the Education and Skill Development service across social media, press, andcommunity events.

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) is looking for three members of the Commercial and Partnerships Advisory Committee.
The Commercial and Partnerships Advisory Committee is to provide guidance and make recommendations to the Council or Executive Board on matters pertaining to commercial and partnership opportunities and activity, approach to safeguards and controls for partnership working, and advises them on commercial strategies and performance. The RSPB strategy recognises the importance of partnership in order to maximise the impact it can have. Similarly, commercial activities are key opportunities for the RSPB as we seek to grow and diversify our income.
In addition to making an important contribution to the work of the RSPB, through shaping its strategy and direction and influencing key decisions affecting its delivery of conservation outcomes, participating in an advisory committee can provide excellent networking opportunities, an opportunity to acquire practical experience of committee functions, decision-making process and further development of leadership skills, knowledge, and experience.
About you
We are looking for individuals with relevant experience to join our committees to provide independent, objective, challenging advice to support the Executive Board and Trustees in developing, shaping and implementing of RSPB strategies.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience across one or more of the following areas:
1. Experience in building successful partnerships to further impact and setting common goals and outcomes.
2. Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies that identify new income opportunities that help diversity the existing portfolio.
3. Experience in dealing with innovative financial products and how to take them to market.
4. Some prior involvement in the not-for-profit sector would be an advantage but not a requirement.
5. Leadership in setting up monitoring systems and KPIs for determining the effectiveness and success of these partnerships and commercial income stream.
