Our shops raise funds to support our pet 48 hospitals and increase awareness of the work we do to get the nation PetWise.
There are many different ways you can help and even a couple of hours a week will make a difference.
As a Volunteer Customer Service Assistant in one of our shops, you will be the face of PDSA. You will make sure that our customers receive a warm welcome and help us to achieve our ambition of delivering the best customer service of any UK charity. You will also be helping us to exceed our income targets.

Our retail stores are the face of our charity on the high-street and in local communities. We have loads of amazing stock donated to us every week, and this all needs to be sorted, tagged and put on the shop-floor for sale!
Making sure our shops look fantastic is another task you can get involved with. You may also be required to help out on the till too, but we will show you how that works during your time volunteering with us. We value the contribution of everyone who supports Barnardo’s.
You will be a friendly face of Barnardo’s by volunteering in one of our shops. It would be great if you could volunteer one shift a week (or even more if you want) but we’re always happy to be flexible to work around your availability.

SATURDAY CHARITY SHOP VOLUNTEER
The RSPCA Suffolk Central Branch is an independent charity that helps animals in the local area. The charity would like to hear from anyone based in Stowmarket who can spare a few hours to help with the charity’s work.
Are you a people person? Do you have customer service, front-of-house, or retail experience? Or perhaps you are a friendly face with a willingness to help? If so – could you be a charity shop volunteer working on the shop floor?
Our charity shops raise vital funds to help rescue and rehome animals. We are seeking friendly, patient, and polite volunteers to assist on the shop floor in our stores.
