The Role – HR Assistant

Our Friends Ageing Better (FAB) project is looking for volunteer hosts for our weekly FAB Phone Cafe. In this role you'll be helping to create a friendly, welcoming space and community connections with a group of older people facing isolation.

Victory Afghanistan is seeking a seasoned fundraising professional to join us as a Volunteer Fundraising Advisor. To help share moral story videos, which are currently on youtube and resources with parents, teachers, schools, Sunday schools, and children’s groups — so more children can access messages of kindness, confidence, and emotional understanding.

What You’ll Do:

• Share stories in parent/teacher WhatsApp groups (only where appropriate)

• Send links to teachers, Sunday school leaders, and youth group organizers

• Suggest stories for school assemblies or “circle time” discussion

• Help identify new communities who may benefit from the stories
