Job description

Department: Fundraising

Location:  MIddlesbrough

Time Requirement:Flexible to suit you.
 1-4 days per week office based between hours of Monday and Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

DBS Check needed? No

Age Requirements: From 18 years old plus

Role Summary: The Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support, such as producing thank you letters, helping with event administration.

What we need you to do:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Constituent records.
  • Taking post to Post Office, when appropriate.
  • Assist with preparation for events as required. 
  • Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members.
  • Communicating when not able to attend a shift.

What you need to bring to the role

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills

What we ask of you:

Your first line of support and for any enquiries will be Supporter Care to support you in your role.
