Making sure our shops look fantastic is another task you can get involved with. You may also be required to help out on the till too, but we will show you how that works during your time volunteering with us. We value the contribution of everyone who supports Barnardo’s.

Mary's Living & Giving for Save the Children is unique - a vibrant result of the generous gifts of local individuals and companies being turned around by the skills and passions of volunteer teams, to create a destination retail experience. Selling womenswear, menswear, shoes, and bags to household goods, our shops can be found in the London villages and bring in vital funds for Save the Children.

Our Little Venice Shop Volunteers are in the middle of it all, and there’s plenty to get involved with. You might be sorting and pricing stock, engaging with customers, ringing items through the till, creating fantastic window displays or keeping our shop floor looking organised.

It’s up to you how much you commit. We have volunteers who support for a couple of hours a week and some do more. Many people volunteer either a morning or an afternoon each week - this is something that will be discussed at the selection stage, after you’ve applied.

RSBC are looking for volunteers to get involved with our range of online clubs for children and young people with visual impairments. 

Role: Online Activities Volunteer

The skills you have developed in your career and personal life will be invaluable to our young people.

Watford & Three Rivers Refugee Partnership is dedicated to supporting refugees and asylum seekers by providing immigration services, advocacy, a social hub and ESOL classes. As  Communication Volunteers, you will play a key role in sharing the stories of refugees and asylum seekers, raising awareness about their challenges, and promoting the charity’s mission. With over 10,000+ people currently homeless in London, this outreach seeks to meet them with love, dignity, and practical help. We'll be distributing food, care packages, and engaging with individuals through conversation and support.

Roles Available:

1. Homeless Person Interaction - Friendly volunteers needed to connect one-on-one, offer encouragement, listen, and provide essentials.
2. Packing & Distribution - Help with sorting and distributing food, hygiene items, and other essentials.
3. Media & Photography - Capture powerful moments to help raise awareness and inspire others.
4. Logistics Support - Assist in setup, coordination, and smooth flow of the day's activities.
