Job description

CLIC RECYCLE

CLIC RECYCLE is a deep tech company transforming human hair waste into patented, circular, nature-based solutions that tackle marine pollution, soil degradation, and biodiversity loss. Each year, 2.2 billion kg of hair waste ends up in landfills, yet CLIC RECYCLE repurposes it into eco-innovations like CLIC SEA Decontamination Barriers, which adsorb pollutants and track water quality via IoT sensors, and CLIC TERRA Biodegradable Mulch, which restores soil health, reduces water use, and replaces plastic in agriculture. Backed by European Life Cycle Assessments, their products outperform plastic alternatives. With successful pilots, they now seek expert volunteers to support their growth.

Marketing and Strategy Expert

Volunteer Role Description (remote, unpaid)

CLIC RECYCLE is looking for expert marketing volunteers to help us grow our impact.

We develop nature-based, tech-integrated solutions to fight marine pollution and support regenerative cultivation. Our patented products are engineered from the regenerative local abundant waste stream — human hair — to reduce environmental damage, replace synthetic materials, and bring smart data-driven tools to ecosystems under pressure. With successful pilots, partnerships with major ports, agricultural producers, vineyards, and support from European institutions, we are entering a critical phase of growth and scale.

We are now seeking experienced marketing volunteers who who can design and execute campaigns to reach new clients, expand into fresh markets, and attract investors. Specifically, we need support to define a clear marketing and communication strategy aligned with our growth goals, build compelling campaigns to engage clients and partners across multiple channels, strengthen our positioning for international markets and develop targeted messaging and content to showcase our impact and innovation to investors. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to expand operations, grow partnerships, and deliver measurable environmental impact.

If you have expertise in B2B marketing, campaign strategy, impact communications, or investor-focused branding, we would love to hear from you. You’ll work closely with our founder and leadership team to advance promising a European circular and climate-positive startup. This is a volunteer-based role (2-3h/week), ideal for someone who wants to contribute to meaningful climate-positive impact and who shares our mission of creating regenerative futures without draining natural resources.
