What does the role involve?

· Support and develop the implementation of an SEO strategy for our website content to ensure that our audiences can find our content.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Ability to interpret complex requirements and user needs and make recommendations of implementable solutions.
· Knowledge of the fundamental of Agile and Scrum
· Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio)
· Analytical skills with the ability to effectively capture, process and interpret information and make actionable, evidence-based recommendations.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering the marketing campaigns for the Museum’s exhibitions and events to achieve visitor and income targets, particularly the annual Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition. Knowledge, skills & experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role
- Experience of website and campaign management, able to produce high quality content
- Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to craft compelling messages
- Experience in print, digital media production and publications. Able to manage external marketing & comms consultants and media relationships.
- Advanced IT and digital skills. Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies.

About the role
This is an exciting time to join Young Lives vs Cancer as we set up a new Brand Marketing and Communications function including a team of digital experts.
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer role is part of the newly created Digital Engagement team working to deliver exceptional digital activity that delivers against organisational objectives.
You will work on digital campaigns across email, organic social and paid digital marketing channels, including PPC and social media. This role will be vital in setting up a new digital hub of expertise within the organisation and helping to drive forward the best use of digital channels.
·Support the Digital Engagement Manager and wider team to develop end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing channels including PPC, paid social and email from brief to execution and evaluation.
·Align the paid digital and email activity with our overall digital strategy and develop clear guidance around how to use our paid digital channels to maximum effect.
·Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns, identify and recognise trends within the data and use these to inform future campaigns.
·Support a data driven and test and learn approach within the team, encouraging continual learning and optimisation, particularly focused on a testing approach to donation journeys.
·Young Lives vs Cancer is open to and in support of flexible working. Your flexibility requirements and that of the role will be discussed at interview stage with you.
This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional visits to our London / Bristol offices.

·Knowledge of how to effectively track and measure digital KPIs including an understanding of google analytics and how to report on and interpret data from digital channels

·An understanding of best practice across email marketing and digital journeys, as well as working with stakeholder teams to improve their knowledge and understanding of digital best practice.

The Catholic Children’s Society (CCS) is one of the largest providers of mental health services to schools in London and the Southeast. Currently we have over 50 counsellors/therapists working on-site in approximately 70 schools (both Catholic and non-Catholic). This role will include a key focus on developing an effective marketing strategy to increase the number of schools accessing our early intervention mental health services. The Role:
Hospice UK has an exciting new fundraising strategy with a focus on digital fundraising and supporter journeys. We are looking to significantly increase our engagement with new and existing supporters across all areas of fundraising. The Digital Fundraising and Engagement Executive will be responsible for maximising income, supporter recruitment and retention through digital channels, for both individual giving and events.
Reporting into the Head of Events & Supporter Engagement and working very closely with the External Affairs team you will deliver a cohesive and impactful approach to digital fundraising and supporter journeys. The Digital Fundraising and Engagement Executive will lead on recruitment and stewardship for a number of third-party challenge events as well as supporting on the optimisation of integrated digital campaigns and donor journeys.
We are looking for:
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a background in digital fundraising (1-2 years’ experience) and an understanding of supporter journeys and social media advertising. Some understanding of SEO would be desirable but you would not need to be an expert in this area.

The Team:
The Events and Supporter Engagement team forms part of the wider Income Generation and Grants Directorate. The team’s focus is on raising funds from individuals through challenge and special events, digital fundraising, giving in memory, legacy giving, regular and payroll giving and one off donations.
The team is made up of 5 people (including this role), who work closely together to help achieve our goals. The wider Income Generation and Grants team consists of 20 people in total. We meet regularly through team meetings and coming together in the office on a Tuesday, which helps to create a supportive working environment.
