Nearly 400,000 women experience pregnancy and maternity discrimination at work each year, with just 1% filling a complaint with the Employment Tribunal. For those that do, the process can be extremely stressful and intimidating, as they face a battle against organisations who often have the resources to afford the very best solicitors. We’ve heard from many women and parents who have shared the impact Tribunal claims have had on their mental health, with the process leaving them feeling burdened, alone and frightened.
We are looking for volunteers who have been through the Employment Tribunal process before, and would like to use that experience to support others during their claims.
Our Tribunal Mentors give around 1-2 hours a week of their time to offer peer support to their mentees for 12 weeks. They offer a listening ear through regular calls, and kind, empathetic support to help build the confidence to face an Employment Tribunal claim. Tribunal Mentors are not legal experts and can’t give advice on claims, however they are willing to share learning and insights from their own experience. About the role

Time Commitment
We ask that all new Tribunal Mentors can commit to at least six months of volunteering for approximately one hour a week.
Mentoring matches offer 12 weeks of support, this is usually through weekly one-hour calls. However there is some flexibility available depending on both the mentee and mentors needs.
Main Role Purpose
To offer Tribunal Mentees peer support and regular check-ins for 12 weeks. Mentors should be comfortable discussing their own experience of the Employment Tribunal process and offering emotional support to their mentee as they navigate the system and their claim.
Essential requirements
• Experience of filing an Employment Tribunal claim.
• Able to commit to at least six months of volunteering, for approximately one hour per week.
• Access to a mobile phone/laptop/tablet to receive calls. You will not be charged for calls and your number will not be shared.
• Access to a reliable and secure WIFI connection.
• Excellent active and empathetic listening skills.
• A kind and welcoming telephone manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with your mentees regularly for around 12 weeks. This is usually done through a weekly one-hour call.
• Listen actively, empathise, and provide guidance and support for mentees.
• Signpost to further information and other support organisations if necessary.
• Connect with and support other Mentors on the programme, usually through our Volunteer WhatsApp group.
• Record all mentoring calls on our CRM system.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, adhering to all Pregnant Then Screwed guidelines and policies.

The role:
The Events team at Bi Pride UK is one of the core operational teams within the charity. The team handles programming, production and execution of our events, including our annual flagship Bi Pride event, which holds the record for the largest Bi Pride event in the world. This role will sit within the Events Administration sub-team, who are responsible for organising and performing administrative tasks to support the Events team to deliver smooth and highly successful events.
We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Main Stage Administrator to support the smooth operational production of Bi Pride 2026. The Main Stage Administrator will work closely with the Main Stage sub-team, who are responsible for our largest stage at Bi Pride, which hosts performances from musicians, drag artists, cabaret performers, comedians and many more fantastic artists. This role will provide dedicated administrative support to the Main Stage Manager and Assistant Managers, as well as working with volunteers across the Events Team and wider charity. The holder of this role will join a supportive team and contribute to defining and improving the internal processes involved in producing Bi Pride 2026.
Key tasks of this role will include:

Working closely with the Main Stage Manager and Main Stage Assistant Managers to ensure efficient organisation of the administrative activity relating to the Main Stage;

Monitoring a shared Main Stage sub-team email inbox, including answering queries and escalating emails to the appropriate internal volunteer as required;

Facilitating and tracking the completion of performer and host contracts, and maintaining accurate record keeping of the documentation;

Our team volunteers remotely from anywhere in the UK, with some travel required occasionally (primarily for our flagship Pride event in London in August). All reasonable expenses incurred are reimbursed, including travel, lunch at away days and other all day events, and some childcare costs if required. The successful candidate will attend fortnightly Events team meetings on Wednesday evenings via conference call, in addition to Events Administration sub-team and Main Stage sub-team meetings, which will be scheduled in line with the team’s best availability.

Role Summary.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Podcast Producer to support the planning and delivery of the Firmly Rooted Podcast. You will be responsible for planning and booking studio recording sessions, managing post production editing, and working closely with the host and other team members to make this the no #1 podcast for Muslim university students.
Key tasks

Brainstorming, contacting and liaising with guests to appear on the podcast

Booking and preparing the recording studio for filming sessions

Recording the podcast in the studio alongside the guest and host

Cooperating with the host to plan the structure and topics covered in each episode

SASC Trust is currently developing its grant-making guidelines and approach, ahead of the launch of its first funding round in early 2026. Ahead of this first round of grant-making, the Board are seeking to recruit additional Trustees to strengthen the organisation’s capacity and capability.
To complement the current skills and experience of the existing Board, the Trust is specifically seeking to recruit individuals who bring knowledge and experience of housing and homelessness. It welcomes applications from those with both lived and / or professional experience.
Location:
London / remote.
Time commitment:
We have four board meetings per year. Trustees are expected to attend these and devote suclient time to read through the board papers in advance. There may be other events that Trustees are invited to attend, and other opportunities to get involved. We estimate the time commitment to be eight days per year.
Terms of office:
Our trustees have a term of office of three years, for a maximum of nine years.
Overall purpose of the role:
Our Trustees are legally responsible for the governance of the charity. This means they must make sure that SASC Trust achieves its objectives, which are set out in our governing document. The Trustees ensure that we have a strategy, and that our assets and resources are only used for charitable purposes in line with the governing document. Trustees make sure that we operate in line with any relevant laws, particularly the Charities and Companies Acts.
Trustees have a collective responsibility – they work together for the best interests of SASC Trust.
Main responsibilities
Governance:
To understand SASC Trust’s aims and objectives as set out in our governing document and ensure that we operate in accordance with them.
To help set the strategy for the organisation, including the financial strategy and grant-making model, and ensure implementation and progress is monitored.
To use your skills, knowledge and experience to further our work, putting aside any personal interests, and declaring any conflict of interest if/ when they arise.
To identify any risks to SASC Trust and ensure they are mitigated and monitored.
To contribute towards an annual review of the board’s performance.
To help to identify, recruit and induct new board members and the chair.
To attend and contribute to meetings of the board as relevant and undertake agreed tasks between meetings.
To uphold all SASC Trust policies and procedures as outlined in the SASC Trust Policy Schedule.
To uphold and contribute to our values and act in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
Working with staff, consultants and volunteers:
To understand and maintain boundaries between the governance perspective of the board, and the work of any consultants, SASC LLP colleagues and volunteers.
To provide support and challenge to the Grant Manager to ensure they are carrying out their roles and achieving their agreed objectives.
To help with the recruitment and/or induction of the consultancy team as required.
Representing SASC Trust:
To represent the board’s agreed position when speaking publicly on behalf of SASC Trust.
To act as an ambassador and champion for SASC Trust at events and online.

WORTH is a charity providing long term aftercare to women affected by Domestic Abuse. We offer clients 1-1 support and a range of wellbeing groups including art, writing, music, and self-defence to help rebuild their confidence and self-esteem.
We provide a safe space for clients to share experiences, give, and receive practical and emotional support, learn new skills, reduce isolation, build friendships, and give women their voice back. It is a space where women can focus on their future and we can support our clients in their healing, post abuse.

Our Board of Trustees play a vital role in making sure that WORTH achieves its core purpose. They oversee the overall management, administration, and governance of the charity. They also ensure that WORTH has a clear strategy and that our work and goals are in line with our vision. Just as importantly, they support and challenge the CEO to enable WORTH to grow and thrive and support more women in need.
Trustee Duties:
- Support and provide advice on WORTH's purpose, vision, goals, and activities.
- Approve operational strategies and policies and monitor and evaluate their implementation.
- Oversee WORTH's financial plans and budgets and monitor and evaluate progress.
- Ensure the effective and efficient administration of the organisation.
- Ensure that key risks are being identified, monitored, and controlled effectively.

- The secretary will be responsible for record taking, including writing, and distributing minutes of trustee meetings, putting together agendas for meetings and sending these out with notice of the next meeting.
- The Secretary will work closely with the Chair to enable the smooth running of meetings.
- The Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing and presenting the accounts to the Trustee meetings. We have an accountant doing the day-to-day management of our finances.
- The treasurer will work closely with the CEO in putting together the budget and monitoring the accounts.
As a small charity, there will be times when trustees will need to be actively involved beyond Trustee Board meetings. This may involve scrutinising meeting papers, leading discussions, focusing on key issues, providing advice and guidance on new initiatives, or other issues in which the trustee has special expertise.
What we are looking for
We are looking for people willing to bring energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to the role, and who will broaden the diversity of thinking and skills on our Board of Trustees. We are particularly interested in candidates with business, finance, and fundraising experience.
Previous governance experience is preferable but not essential. The role is open to remote and local applicants.

Terms of office
- Trustees will be appointed for a two-year term of office, with eligibility to renew and serve for two further terms to a maximum of six years.
- This is a voluntary unpaid position.
Time commitment
- Attending a minimum of six trustee board meetings annually, meetings are held remotely via Zoom once every two to three months.
- Attendance at ad hoc trustee meetings in addition to the minimum six annual meetings.
