Job description

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families supports distressed children and their families through innovative therapeutic practice and research, training and promoting awareness of mental health issues. In April 2019, the Centre opened its new Centre of Excellence located in King’s Cross.

The post-holder will manage the content on the Mentally Healthy Schools (MHS) website and support in the development and growth of the website to meet the needs of schools across the UK. This will involve writing and updating web content, website maintenance, producing newsletters, sourcing appropriate resources from across the mental health sector, identifying gaps in content, and implementing a quality assurance process. The successful applicant will be able to write clear and concise copy, have excellent organisation and planning skills, outstanding communication skills and be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience of website development and running digital projects is important. As part of our strategic development we will be looking to integrate the MHS website with our wider school offer. This post will play an important part in this process and developing our integrated offer

The post-holder will be based at the Anna Freud Centre, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH.
