Job Title: Early Intervention Worker

Location: Athena Lewisham
Salary: £28,857.12 per annum

Are you passionate about supporting young people affected by domestic abuse and gender-based violence? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Worker to join our team, providing vital support to young people aged 13-25 in a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed environment.

In this role you’ll support young people, empowering them to manage risks, develop safety plans, understand their options and access specialist support. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and confident working independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting young people, with strong knowledge of safeguarding and the impacts of domestic abuse and gender-based violence on survivors.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while being part of a supportive and inclusive organisation. You’ll benefit from professional development, reflective practice, and a comprehensive benefits package - while making a lasting impact in the lives of young people.
