Check my CVAs part of Warts and All Theatre’s Organisation Development Project which started in December 2019, the organisation is introducing an additional member to the Senior Management team.
The Executive Director is a new senior management role working closely with the Artistic Director/Chief Executive Officer, to bring unified leadership, direction and delivery of the Company’s strategic vision.
Leading on the Company’s business planning and delivery, this role will amplify Warts and All Theatre’s people and process led approach at the heart of the Company. The role is accountable for the design and implementation of a set of systems that enable Warts and All Theatre’s artistic activities.
Key Facts
Working Hours: Full Time
Remuneration: Annual salary of £38,000 paid in monthly installments on 28th of each month. With statutory pension contribution, as appropriate.
Term: Two year fixed term contract, with opportunity to extend based on funding and performance
Location: Delapré Abbey, Northampton.
Working Arrangements: Flexible and home working will be considered and applicants are required to outline any suggestions on how this would work for their personal circumstance at point of application. There is a minimum expectation that the role will be based at the registered office typically 3 days a week.
Prospective Start Date: April 2021
