Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Unlimited as it transitions from an arts commissioning programme for disabled artists to an independent organisation. Unlimited is looking for a Finance Officer to deal with day-to-day book-keeping and administration of the company finances including cash flow, petty cash, banking, issuing invoices, grant-based paperwork and staff expenses. The Finance Officer will support the Finance Manager and liaise with the company accountants to prepare information for the year end accounts. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' finance experience, a book-keeping qualification and experience of using accounting software, such as Xero. They will be able to manage their time, work in a team and independently, and be accurate and methodical.

Unlimited is currently an arts commissioning programme that aims to embed work by disabled artists within the UK and international cultural sectors, reach new audiences and shift perceptions of disabled people. Unlimited is now transitioning into being an independent organisation from 2022, with a new mission, values and ways of working.

Unlimited is delighted to meet reasonable adjustments, to adjust existing practices and procedures to meet access requirements and supports all team members to apply to Access to Work to cover relevant costs.
