- Organise meetings for FoNS programmes, staff and take minutes/notes and maintain the risk register and action logs.

- Review CEO email in box daily and action according to agreed protocols.

3.Programme Support
- Work with programme leads to provide administration support where needed.

JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Manager, Partnerships role makes a vital contribution to our objective to bring about transformative change for children. The key focus of this role is to secure income generation from Trusts, Foundations and Institutional Funders. The team is set to raise over £3.2 million in 2024 and has ambitions to grow this further in future years.
As Senior Manager, Partnerships you will identify, cultivate, secure and steward major gifts from existing and prospective donors who can support Lumos, usually at the five or six figure level. We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Membership Engagement in the overall development and delivery of commercial revenue streams at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. Support the Head of Grants to deliver our evolving grants provision to the youth sector; bringing together our work to ensure a streamlined offer

Support the grant making process including communications and outreach; application, selection, awarding, distribution, monitoring and evaluation working with the relevant departments.

Develop and maintain processes for creating application forms on the UK Youth Portal, informing applicants of decisions and tracking grant disbursements.

IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. IKWRO is a registered charity which provides advice and support to Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan women and girls living in the UK, who have experienced, or are at risk of all forms of “honour” based abuse, including; forced marriage, child marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM), or domestic abuse.
We work with women and girls of all ages, including lesbian women, bisexual women and trans women. We offer services in Kurdish, Farsi, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Turkish and English. IKWRO offers free advice, advocacy and counselling services and operates a refuge which provides safe accommodation and specialist support to single women at risk of “honour” based abuse, forced marriage and domestic abuse.

The Head of Programmes leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of all Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects within Just a Drop. This senior leadership role requires a visionary leader with strategic thinking, programme management expertise, and a deep commitment to improving WASH services in underserved communities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all programs are aligned with the organisation's mission, are sustainable, and have measurable impacts. The role is supported by a team of 3 staff and 11 volunteers with significant experience: hydrogeologists, engineers and WASH experts who give technical advice, and help with monitoring and partnership building.
