Your role in summary • As part of a proactive team, you will produce excellent, creative written content that captivates and motivates hospice supporters, donors, customers, staff and volunteers. • Support our communications output, both digital and physical: covering our events, shops, stories and ongoing campaigns. • Capture and convey stories that reflect the diversity of our hospice stakeholders, showcasing the positive impact that the community’s support has on our hospice care. This will include writing about fundraisers, volunteers and staff, as well as people who benefit from our care or support. • Using your skillset, understand the tone and message to use in our content in line with our hospice values and brand. • Support the delivery of our fundraising and shops’ social media activity. Working alongside colleagues, produce effective content delivered through the main hospice and shop channels to encourage supporters to shop, donate or register for events. This will require effective forward planning and hands-on creation of visual (video/still) and written content. • As required, provide design support/delivery in relation to fundraising, trading and general hospice posters, flyers and digital content. • Ensure hospice artwork is accurate and on-brand. Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines, bringing your ideas and experience to protect our hospice and fundraising brands, whilst keeping it fresh. • Help coordinate and update any changes to our website (specific platform training provided) • Ensure our Digital Screens are fresh and accurate, showcasing relevant hospice activity. • Help share relevant social media across appropriate community groups, providing timely responses to comments. • As required, dive into our CRM/Database system to understand, profile, and personalise communications. You'll be part of a team implementing our strategy to grow our regular giving audience by delivering an exciting portfolio of multi-channel and supporter-centric campaigns.
What will I be doing?
Leading on the delivery of campaign set up, development and launch across multiple channels (including ALT digital channels, telemarketing, direct mail, email, social)
Translating cross-channel integrated briefs into production specific briefs, leading on the delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirements in collaboration with a number of internal teams
Taking responsibility for the content and creative production process, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling creative across a range of channels
Leading on in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing recommendations for optimisation and to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
Working with UX experts to devise pre-launch test and learn initiatives, using results to recommend areas for optimisation
With Marketing Executive support, leading on all aspects of campaign delivery including direct mail production and new supporter letter fulfilment
Keeping the marketing activity plan up to date and ensuring upcoming campaigns and activity are being briefed in to the correct teams in advance taking into account team SLAs
Being a marketing expert for the relevant product function, mentoring and upskilling 1 Marketing Executive.

Relevant experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis, that meet campaign KPIs
Good understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, oversight and curation to the FYT Leadership Team, and to lead the smooth running of the FYT Organisation which supports the wider FYT Movement. 8. Update and maintain records of all business and corporate approaches, communications and agreements on the CRM and appropriate files.
9. Advise Branch volunteers where they seek to establish business support for their activities.
10. Where required, develop and/or follow policies and procedures on due diligence, data management, account management, stewardship, and reporting.

Our client has an opportunity for a Housing Operations Officer to join their team and effectively manage their portfolio of properties. This is a varied role where you will get involved with rent accounts, tenancy signups, managing rent increases and general enquiries. This role also involves ensuring we are managing our portfolio based on contractual agreements as well as timely invoicing.
As a small team, you will be called upon to support with voids and repairs during times of team holidays and absence.
With good general social housing experience, administration and communication skills you will be highly organised and have a meticulous approach to work, ensuring all records are accurately filed and kept up to date. You’ll have experience of working in an office environment and have good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You’ll be customer-focused with the ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be adaptable to any changes in the work priorities.

First Give
First Give is a national charity that empowers young people to make a positive difference to the causes they care about. We do this by partnering with secondary schools across England and Wales, delivering a fully resourced programme that inspires an entire year group to connect with local charities and take meaningful social action - from fundraising and volunteering to campaigning and raising awareness.
Each programme culminates in a celebratory School Final, where student teams present their projects to an audience of peers, teachers, and guests. This is an exciting time for First Give, as we have recently launched our three-year strategy and our ambition to activate the generosity of a million young people by 2034. In order to meet the requirements of the organisation for this ambitious growth a new 3 year fundraising strategy has been developed which includes expanding and diversifying our fundraising streams into Corporate and HNWI. We have also recently launched recruitment for a Fundraising Campaign Board Chair. The Campaign, A Route to A Million, aims to raise an additional £1.5 million over the next 3 years. Team Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated administrator who would like a varied role. The successful candidate will provide cross-departmental support and administrative support to the Director and Senior Leadership Team. There is real scope for the candidate to shape the role and gain experience from involvement in various organisational projects. Contract

Key responsibilities
Providing support to the First Give team, primarily the SLT
- To be the first point of contact for enquiries to First Give by email and telephone
- Provide administrative support for First Gives Board of Trustees and SLT, including scheduling meetings and meeting minutes
- Supporting with communications to stakeholders e.g. schools, facilitators or funders as needed
- Managing First Gives relationship with external contractors such as printers and Salesforce support
Overseeing and managing financial administration
- Setting up and tracking payments to contractors and charities in our banking system ensuring timely completion
- Processing, reviewing and identifying outstanding invoices (including working closely with school finance departments to ensure timely payment of school contributions)
- Administering expenses and pre-paid card system, ensuring expenses are accurately recorded each month
- Provide regular monthly tracking reports on payments to the Director
Administering First Give’s charity grants
- Carrying out due diligence for winning charities to ensure comply with First Give donation rules
- Liaising with winning charities to arrange payment and ensuring accurate records of payments processed
- Running monthly reports on payments for the Director
Providing support to the Programmes team
- Supporting the Programmes team with recruitment of judges for school finals
- Managing First Give’s programme resources stock, ensuring we have enough programme documents and equipment to resource the programme
- Management of coursebook printing and distribution to schools

The Role
The Community Centre Manager will play a key role in the leadership and smooth running of The Edward Woods centre, managing change, growth and performance as agreed with the CEO. Working closely with the UPG Management team, employees, partners, contractors, volunteers and other local organisations, the Manager will work to ensure the
Community Centre is a vibrant, well-managed facility that operates within a sustainable framework for the benefit of residents and organisations. They will also promote the profile, role and impact of the Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities
Management of the Community Centre
• Manage the operations of the Community Centre, its staff and the development and delivery of activities and facilities in line with the business and strategic plan.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and that we follow good practice regarding HR.
• Contribute to the planning, development, implementation and delivery of the business and strategic plan and present regular progress updates to the UPG Management team.
• Oversee the maintenance of the building - including building maintenance and improvement
programmes.
• Manage and monitor all aspects of risk assessments, health and safety and security as required by regulation or good practice including, in conjunction, the review and updating of
policies and procedures.
Management of staff and Volunteers
• Create a positive working environment in which equality and diversity are well managed, dignity at work is upheld and staff and volunteers can achieve their best.
• Ensure effective management of HR including recruitment, supervision and development of
employees, contractors, and volunteers, including carrying out DBS checks as
necessary.
• Oversee the Community Centre’s complaints procedure, and the proper handling, investigation and resolution of any complaints against the Centre, its staff and volunteers.

• Continue developing and maintaining relationships with various local partners to ensure activities at the Community Centre fit with others provided in the area.

PR/Marketing and Fundraising
• Oversee the development and implementation of an income generation & marketing strategy.

Financial management
• Liaise with the CEO and Finance officer in setting and managing budgets and maintain an overview of the financial position of the Community Centre.

Project Management
• Support and oversee the continued delivery of high-quality services and activities.
• Devise and implement robust impact monitoring and evaluation strategies for all projects.

Edward Woods Community Centre has a small team of employees, tenants, volunteers and a
wide range of activities. it is expected that the post holder will be flexible in assisting in areas of work which go beyond their main duties. In particular, the holder of this post will be expected to assist with covering frontline reception and administrative duties and attendance at and/or supervision of events outside of normal working hours.
