Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is seeking a Volunteer Clinical Therapy Lead to join our founding volunteer team. This role helps ensure that all emotional wellbeing and therapeutic support offered through the organisation is safe, ethical, culturally responsive, and aligned with our survivor-led mission.

As Clinical Therapy Lead, you will provide guidance and oversight for therapy and emotional support activities within the organisation. You will work closely with programme teams, facilitators and safeguarding leads to ensure support is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and responsive to the needs of survivors and community members.

This role combines professional clinical insight with practical collaboration to help build safe and supportive therapy systems for the community.

Experience, Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Experience

• Professional qualification and registration in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counselling, or a related discipline (HCPC, BACP, UKCP, BABCP or equivalent).

• Experience providing trauma-informed therapeutic support.

• Understanding of how culture, identity and systemic factors affect emotional wellbeing.

• Knowledge of safeguarding frameworks and ethical clinical practice.

• Ability to assess risk and provide clear clinical guidance in sensitive situations.

• Experience supporting or supervising practitioners, facilitators, or volunteers.

• Strong communication skills, including explaining clinical concepts to non-clinical colleagues.

Terms of Appointment:

· The Chair will be appointed for an initial term of 3 years, which may be renewed for a further term(s).

· This is a voluntary position; however, expenses incurred in fulfilling the role will be reimbursed as approved by the Board of Trustees in line with Hidayah’s policies.

All volunteers are expected to join Hidayah's Membership and Hidayah Discord server, read all Hidayah policies read, understand and agree with the constitution of Hidayah (available on our website).

How much commitment is required?

The hours are flexible around your schedule. All Trustees volunteers are expected to:

Katherine Low Settlement is a community charity in Battersea that has been supporting local people since 1924. Our Elders Programme brings older people together every week through social activities, shared meals and gentle exercise. For many of our members, these sessions are the highlight of their week. Support older people in a friendly weekly drop-in where members get help with their own devices or use our tablets and Chromebooks. You'll listen to what each person needs, answer questions and help them build confidence at their own pace.

Digital Champion (Tech Your Time) - Thursdays, 1:30 to 3:00pm
Help older people develop their digital skills further in a structured intermediate session. You'll support members as they build on the basics, practise everyday tasks and grow in confidence and independence online.

   • Prepare and distribute programme-related materials, such as handbooks, training agendas, and certificates of completion.

   • Assist in compiling data for reports on participant engagement, attendance, and feedback to support programme evaluation.

4. Logistics & Communication:

   • Manage programme logistics, including training materials, technology setups, and participant resources.

   • Draft and send routine communications (e.g., reminders, updates) to participants, trainers, and partners.

5. Compliance & Record-Keeping:

   • Ensure all participant files and programme documentation adhere to organisational policies and grant requirements.

   • Support audit processes by maintaining organised participant consent forms, evaluations, and feedback records.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience:

  • 1–2 years in administrative support, customer service, or programme coordination, preferably in education, non-profits, or workforce development.

  • Experience managing high-volume inquiries and maintaining detailed records.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Google products (Forms, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with databases or CRM systems.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Role Overview.

As our Director of Content, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping and overseeing our content strategy, ensuring that Bank.Green's messaging is impactful, cohesive, and aligned with our mission. Success in this role means managing a team of social media contributors, ensuring content quotas are met, and maintaining the quality and consistency of our published materials. You’ll oversee various content initiatives, from social media to newsletters and blogs, and provide guidance on ad hoc website content updates. Your work will help amplify our impact, inspire meaningful action from our community, and drive the movement for sustainable banking.

Commitment

This role is currently volunteer-based, and we are seeking a commitment of 5-10 hours per week. We are looking for somebody to join us long-term but are open to shorter-term applicants

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the social media team, ensuring monthly posting quotas are met and content aligns with our overarching strategy.
• Generate and refine content ideas in collaboration with the team to maintain engaging, impactful, and relevant messaging across platforms.
• Copyedit and approve the short monthly newsletter and occasional blog posts produced by the research team.
• Oversee and assist with miscellaneous content-related projects, including updates and improvements to website content.
• Monitor performance metrics across platforms to identify areas for improvement and inform future content strategies.

Desired Skills

• Proven experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience managing teams or working collaboratively across multiple contributors.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Action Tutoring is a national education charity that offers free maths and English tutoring to pupils facing disadvantage. 

By volunteering as a tutor at a local school or online, you'll be supporting children to build their confidence and help ensure they leave school with the grades needed to build a bright future.

What will I be doing?

• Tutoring 1-3 pupils in Year 5 or 6, or Year 7, 10 or 11.

• Commit to one hour a week, for up to 20 weeks. You choose the day and time to sign up to.

• Use our tutor workbooks to guide your pupils through activities that will boost their confidence and grades.
