Job description

We have an urgent and exciting opportunity for a highly organised, experienced office manager and P.A. to join our small effective professional team, initially for 3 months. We are hopeful that this work pattern will be sustainable long term, so candidates who are interested in more than a short term contract at the end of this period are encouraged to apply.

You must have excellent communications skills, be thorough and accurate, be able to multi task, remain calm under pressure and add to our team dynamics. You will possess a range of administrative and secretarial skills including good IT skills.

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for this post as is a sense of humour and the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and sensitivity. 

For this challenging and varied role, ideally you will have some experience of the education sector and be sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the SDBE.
