Job description

Finance & Administration Support Officer - Part-time 4-days per week, London office based - Initial 3-month temp.

The Opportunity
Our client, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Finance & Administration Support Officer to provide essential financial and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance administration who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing payments, invoices, and receipts.

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and account statements.

  • Recording donations and assisting with income allocations.

  • Inputting data and carrying out compliance checks.

  • Supporting general office administration, including phones and post.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of payment processing, banking, or financial monitoring systems.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Numerate, with the ability to identify discrepancies.

  • Confident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
