Summary of the role:

The Supporter Relations Engagement Team is involved in the planning and development of programmes and projects that puts supporter engagement at the heart of everything do we do. They play a pivotal role in making Muslim Aid more data and insight driven in the way we fundraise and communicate with supporters. The team’s aim is to increase the depth and value of supporter relationships whilst also encouraging repeat giving and overall supporter retention through targeted engagement strategies.

Working within the Supporter Relations Engagement Team, you will develop a supporter centric approach to planning effective multi-channel, multi-product supporter journeys to grow loyalty, engagement, and income.  We are looking for someone with an audience and data insight driven approach to identify moments that matter and key touch points to improve the supporter experience. By doing this, you will ensure that each touchpoint across the supporter experience is engaging, effective and reflects Muslim Aids brand and values.

As a confident communicator you will help develop a culture based on understanding and interpreting supporter behaviours and motivations. Using this information, you will lead on mapping journeys and engagements across communications, campaigns and the fundraising portfolio to maximise a supporter’s lifetime value.

About the Role:

1. Create new innovative supporter journeys to increase engagement, loyalty and improve income generation.
2. Deliver improved supporter journeys and care strategies using insights, evidence and feedback.
3. Deliver exemplary Supporter care and stewardship that builds loyal and committed supporters through high quality personalised engagement. 
4. Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to manage supporter preferences ensuring best practice regarding data protection, data collection and to maximise cross sell opportunity.
5. Incorporate supporter care best practice and emerging approaches into activities so that the organisation remains positioned to effectively engage/manage donors.
6. Provide general administrative assistance in support of the smooth running of the Supporter Relations Department.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Significant supporter/customer care skills obtained from the commercial or charity sectors.
2. Proven engagement developing internal relationships across a complex organisation – working with internal clients to develop and adapt briefs to improve supporter engagement.
3. Experience of working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
4. Experience of developing innovative and creative engagement programs for supporters/donors.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at various levels.
6. Good organisation, coordination and project management skills.

The Programme Manager role

The role

The Executive Assistant to CEO & Governance Lead will provide support to the Chief Executive Officer to fulfil her responsibilities and enhance her effectiveness. This will also include working closely with the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Executive Support & Diary Management: Manage the CEO's diary, prepare for meetings, maintain action logs, and provide proactive support in work planning.

Enhance will provide practical support to VCSE organisations based in the Redcar and Cleveland area who deliver services to local people and communities. 

The service model for Enhance is based on three key areas:

Improvement – Providing practical support through an information and advice service.  This will include for example advice on governance, funding, policy and practice

Growth - The development and delivery of a comprehensive training programme for all VCSEs in Redcar and Cleveland

Lady Margaret Hall is seeking a Development Assistant to support all operational activities, including events, fundraising, volunteer liaison and alumni relations.

It is an exciting time to join the Development Team. In 2028/29 LMH will celebrate its 150th Anniversary with a bespoke programme of events. A significant fundraising campaign is also underway.

The Development Team are hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week based in the office. The position includes some out of hours work for event attendance for which TOIL will be given.

With a strong focus on responsible business practices, employee ownership, and long-term sustainability, we are now looking for a Commercial Operations & Finance Manager to work in our central Shared Services team, supporting our Group commercial operations, financial systems and wider operational processes.

The Opportunity

You will play a crucial role in supporting employees across ImpactEd Group, its trading subsidiaries, and associated companies (including TEP Services Limited). As part of the Shared Services team, you will manage and improve operational and finance systems and processes, enable employees to work efficiently, and provide high-quality management information, compliance support, and organisational oversight.

You will also play a key role in supporting the design and successful delivery of core commercial operational processes. This includes:

• Supporting Managing Directors and Sales Teams with the tracking and progression of leads and opportunities within our CRM system;

• Providing data and reports to inform sales forecasting, pricing strategies and performance KPIs;

• Assisting in financial management, forecasting, utilisation analysis, and margin reporting;

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to support the effective provision of our finance function;

• Identifying process improvements and opportunities for automation or system integration;

• Ensuring compliance with agreed protocols for sales, contracting, and cost management.

You’ll manage the day-to-day use and optimisation of commercial and operational systems (e.g., CRM, finance tools), working with colleagues across the organisation to embed scalable, sustainable ways of working. You’ll also work alongside the People team to operationalise systems that support the ImpactEd Group Employee Handbook and core internal services. Limited administrative support for the Group Directors will be a part of the role.

Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate records, support timely claim submissions, and ensure we meet funder expectations with confidence and clarity. Being a whizz at Excel will also help immensely in this role.
