About the role

CARE International UK is looking for a Programme Officer to provide administrative support within our Programme and Policy Department.

You’ll support the Women Lead in Emergencies (WLiE) team to deliver efficient and responsive technical services for the confederation by managing information and administrative systems for the team, including team travel, contracts and budget administration and logistical support for the WLiE Community of Practice. As this is a global team, in addition to English, you will be comfortable working in one other of the CARE global languages (Arabic, French and/or Spanish).

You will also provide discrete administrative support to the Director and Team Heads of the Programme and Policy Department, including coordination of information on humanitarian emergencies and administration for the Information and Transformation Committee.

ISEAL supports sustainability standards and similar market-based sustainability systems to improve their impacts on people and planet. The Coordinator will support two crucial functions of the membership team. On the compliance side, the role will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring that member evaluations and associated tasks are coordinated effectively. On the services and prospecting side, the coordinator will engage with a diverse range of organisations working in sustainability, assisting in pitching and communicating clearly about the membership value, the application process and its requirements, as well as providing specialist services and support.

To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail, be process oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will enjoy working on a varied set of tasks related to different areas of the membership provision. Having gained a good level of work experience, you are familiar with process administration, customer service, and stakeholder communications. You have an interest in learning more about member compliance processes and service provision. This role is supported by two associate managers in the team.

Key responsibilities we will entrust you with:

Membership applications and compliance programme

• Deliver administrative tasks in the compliance programme and application process, including scheduling calls, sourcing and maintaining evaluator records of competence & conflict of interest
• Coordinate the application process for aspiring members, pre-assess completeness of applications, and provide process guidance and support throughout their application journey
• Coordinate independent external member evaluations and act as main point of contact, responding to enquiries
• Maintain and update the Salesforce Compliance portal (platform used to manage evaluations)
• Record and track data across various platforms, updating logs and content on the ISEAL website
• Coordinate information and produce reports / minutes in support of programme management, the ISEAL Membership Committee and strategic development of the compliance programme
• Contribute to systematic measurement and improvement of the compliance programme

 Services and member prospecting

• Act as the first point of contact and respond to enquiries about ISEAL, services and membership
• Schedule and co-lead prospect calls, taking notes and supporting follow up actions
• Support to develop and maintain effective relationships with members and prospect members, as well as key stakeholders related to the compliance programme
• Use and continually improve record-keeping systems, tracking customer relationships on Salesforce and support member/customer prospecting processes
• Coordinate customer relationships related to the ISEAL Insight subscription package, including recruiting new customers and supporting existing relationships, tracking payments, and coordinating delivery of content
• Support delivery of ISEAL’s training courses, including coordinating promotions, registrations and event logistics
• Deliver administrative tasks to support ISEAL’s tailored services processes, including preparing service agreements on contract management system and managing payments

General

• Assist in promoting best practice in use of IT, communications and knowledge management systems within projects, and support efforts to help bring about improvements
• Provide ad hoc support to organisation-wide initiatives, if needs arise
• Liaise with colleagues at all levels across organisation

Experience, Knowledge and Attribute

• Experience working or interning in a support/administrative role, ideally in an international NGO, professional or membership organisation
• Some experience in a role encompassing customer service, communications or sales, with a focus on high quality services
• Strong organisational skills, with some experience with supporting administration, meeting coordination, logistics, contracts etc.
• Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience with proof-reading and record management or similar
• Confidence in using digital tools and systems, with a proactive attitude to improvements
• Good time management and ability to organise multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently
• Excellent written & spoken English, with proven ability to write clearly and concisely
• Confidence in communicating with colleagues, customers and external partners, displaying professionalism in both online and in-person settings
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a largely remote, international environment

Our partner, an established UK charity with a focus on fighting poverty by transforming access to health care services in lower- and middle-income countries in Africa seeks a highly dynamic individual for a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension. The position is part of the management team, and the post holder will be expected to lead on the financial accounting, management accounting, and budgeting for the organisation as well as taking forward some strategic finance and operations projects as we expand our programmes in existing countries. The individual will also be expected to support the Co-CEOs with administrative, compliance and IT related tasks.

Finance
•Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring accounting records are complete and accurate.
Financial accounting
•Prepare annual statutory accounts in accordance with SORP 2015.
•Prepare for the annual external audit and host auditors ensuring the audit process runs smoothly. This includes supporting Vision Action’s country offices in hosting their respective audits.
•Ensure annual statutory accounts are finalised and submitted to Companies House and the Charity Commission by the appropriate deadlines.

Management accounting
•Coordinate the month-end process with the Finance Officer (UK) and Programme Finance Lead, and review transaction postings.
•Prepare monthly management accounts with cash flow forecasts, modifying the format as needed to suit the preferences of senior management and the Board of Trustees.
•Prepare the annual organisational budget and mid-year reforecast.
•Improve existing budget templates to enable straightforward and transparent budgeting for donors.
Support to country offices
•Collaborate with the Programme Finance Lead on a monthly basis to reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring that reconciling items are cleared promptly.
•Support country office teams in fulfilling any reporting and financial compliance requirements.
•Conduct internal process reviews (internal audits) of country offices where required.
•Review the bi-weekly payment runs for the UK office and the monthly country office fund requests, ensuring cash flow planning is in place for these payments.
•Ensure asset registers are maintained appropriately.

Administration
•Support staff in conducting procurement in line with our procurement policy.
•Assist with preparation for quarterly Board meetings.
•Support office management tasks.

Other
Review and develop existing policies and procedures (e.g. the Finance Manual).

This is an important role, where the ideal candidate will be working closely with the Senior Finance Manager, encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. Within the financial accounts team the Senior Accounts Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the financial systems and processes are operating as designed and within agreed timelines.

With the Senior Finance Manager the Senior Accounts Assistant will allocate appropriate finance tasks between this role and the Senior Finance Technician. They will also oversee the outputs of the financial accounts team to ensure they are to an acceptable standard.

About the opportunity

As Property and Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our London office operations, ensuring it's safe, compliant, and a genuinely great place to work. ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for the day to day running of the Financial Control department, and line managing two Senior Finance Assistants and two Finance Assistants.

Responsible for group reporting requirements for branches and subsidiaries, including assisting with their opening and closing.

Support the stewardship of the finances of ITF Group, including fixed assets, investments and banking. This includes processing and recognising transactions, maintaining schedules, reporting requirements, forecasting cash requirements and liaising with advisors.

Facilitate receipts, payments and expense claims, including checking of expense claims, and checking and recording regional office transactions in ITF Group accounts. Collaborate with and support teams responsible for different income streams, and process transactions on credit cards and prepaid cards, including issuing and closing of cards.

Responsible for employee and employer tax matters for benefits-in-kind that are identified in invoices or expense claims, including preparing the PAYE Settlement Agreement.

Responsible for statutory and regulatory calculations, reports and filing, including Certification Office, Companies House, corporation tax, VAT, gift aid and other taxes, levies, charges and duties.

Prepare for and assist the external audit, and year-end and monthly accounts, and complete allocated balance sheet reconciliations.

Establish and provide appropriate policies and processes to ensure compliance and to meet defined deadlines.

Lead the operational team, systems and initiatives that enable ITF to deliver high-performing, values-led services. Ensure effective planning, delivery and improvement of the organisational function. We are looking for a highly numerate and organised individual with a strong ethical approach. The ideal candidate will have:

Essential criteria:

• Substantial experience: A professional accounting qualification (CCAB or CIMA) with a proven track record in a senior finance role.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

Right now, we are looking for a Specialist Intervention Worker to play a pivotal role in our DA Intervention Service in London

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

You will support women with multiple and complex needs across Hestia's pan-London refuges, ensuring they have access to therapeutic support that facilitates their recovery. You will provide immediate crisis intervention and create a safe, welcoming environment for women fleeing domestic abuse. You will ensure access to emergency supplies such as clothing and toiletries, apply for relevant grants, and help women maximise their income.

You will work closely with refuge staff, offering additional support and upskilling teams to manage challenging behaviours with resilience and confidence. You will build strong partnerships with external agencies including mental health services, drug and alcohol teams, the DWP, police, housing authorities, social services, and voluntary organisations to safeguard and promote the welfare of service users.

You will maintain relationships with GPs and health professionals to explore treatment options, including social prescribing, and support women in attending appointments. You will coordinate cases across multiple refuge sites, delivering bespoke interventions and high-quality assessments aligned with ‘The Hestia Approach', a trauma-informed framework that prioritises recovery and individual strengths.

You will co-produce Safety Plans and Strengths and Aspirations Plans with women, focusing on their goals and capabilities. You will provide domestic abuse support and risk management through tools such as DASH and MARAC, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding legislation for both children and adults. You will promote a trauma-informed, anti-racist, and intersectional feminist culture, placing women with multiple support needs at the centre of service delivery, and you will work in line with Hestia's values: Respectful, Genuine, Dedicated, Collaborative, and Courageous.

Here's what the team will be looking for

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled  professional with strong communication abilities. You will have experience delivering high-quality support to individuals with varied needs and risks, including survivors of domestic abuse, and be confident in identifying and managing risk appropriately.

You should be proficient in using computer-based systems to record work accurately and possess sound knowledge of welfare benefits, housing legislation, and the rights of survivors under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. A solid understanding of health and safety within a refuge setting and safeguarding practices is essential.

You will be able to carry out person-centred key working, support planning, and risk assessments to promote independence. An understanding of the needs of women from diverse communities and the barriers they face in accessing support is vital, alongside a commitment to equal opportunities and promoting dignity, choice, and control.

The role requires the ability to liaise effectively with external professionals to shape support packages and a willingness to travel across London and beyond when necessary.

When will I be working?

You will be working full time, 39 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 5.18pm. Please note this roles requires travel across London.

Our Connect-Ed service includes around 50 counsellors and therapists working on-site in over 70 schools. What we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery and evaluation of our mental health services in schools, as well as our nursery and family centre. You’ll be part of a passionate team working to improve children’s life chances through early intervention and family support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service Analysis and Quality Assurance

• Support the collection and analysis of accurate, timely and high-quality data on our services via Salesforce CRM (training provided, with the opportunity to become a qualified Salesforce Administrator).
• Assist Service Managers in delivering mental health training for school staff and parents/carers, including managing bookings, invites, attendance lists, and queries.
• Coordinate, monitor and support the evaluation of whole school services, including training and wellbeing interventions.
• Maintain effective and up-to-date digital filing systems.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and external contacts, developing a deep understanding of our services and their impact on children’s lives.

Family Liaison and Support

• Undertake office and reception duties from 4pm – 6.30pm, including liaising with parents, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new families to our nursery and family centre, including reviewing statutory childcare funding options.
• Help develop a programme of workshops for parents/carers, assessing needs and tailoring support.
• Assist in the delivery, evaluation and monitoring of mental health and wellbeing services for families using the nursery.
• Collaborate with the Centre Coordinator to plan and deliver family activities, including day trips to safari parks and the seaside.

Actors’ Trust supports professional actors and stage managers in times of need. We are inviting applications to join our small, friendly team in the role of Grants and Services Co-ordinator.

It is an exciting time to be joining the charity; our bold new Acting for Impact strategy seeks to increase the charity’s reach and impact within the performing arts community, and our recent repositioning has seen us take a step towards this. You would play a key part in helping us achieve our ambitions.

This Grants and Services Co-ordinator postholder will work directly with our applicants and beneficiaries, supporting them throughout our application processes and working with successful applicants to ensure the charity provides high-quality, appropriate support. This will include making grant decisions and working with beneficiaries to develop their support network.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with clients and service users, particularly as a first point of contact. Key aspects of the role also include supporting service development and leading on data management. Working as part of a small team (of four) you will need to be able to take an adaptable approach to manage competing priorities. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with clients, and work collaboratively with colleagues internally and externally.
