What we are looking for in our Project Manager:

Substantial (5+ years) proven experience in project planning and execution, monitoring and reporting, and achievement of objectives.

Do you have a track record of delivering accurate, reliable, administrative and project support in a fast moving environment?
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a collaborative way to join the Marketing and Brand team as Project Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. You'll support the day-to-day running of the team by providing effective administration and project planning.
This role is varied and the successful postholder will be responsible for scheduling external and internal meetings, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, setting agendas and minute taking for meetings and financial administration. You'll also work with the Project Lead to provide project support to achieve implementation of key improvement projects.
We would like you to:
- Support the Marketing and Brand Director and Project Lead with managing project workflow (for example task tracking, updating and delegating tasks), sourcing and collating feedback and reporting as required.
- Manage the Director Marketing and Brand’s diary including booking meetings, setting and minute-taking for key meetings.
- Organising regular team meetings and events such as away days (booking meeting spaces, agenda, refreshments, liaising with attendees, etc)
- Process our credit card costs and keep our budget tracker updated.
Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to the Project Lead. The Legacy Giving Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Fundraising to oversee the legacy and in-memoriam giving program. The purpose of the role is to ensure exceptional experiences for current and potential legacy supporters with the aim to secure long-term strategic support through establishing a strong, sustainable pipeline of legacy pledges. In addition, the Legacy Giving Manager will take the lead in fostering a legacy giving culture internally working closely with colleagues across the organisation to promote legacy and in-memoriam giving messages.
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in developing and executing successful legacy giving strategies, particularly around legacy stewardship. Rowan Alba works to end homelessness in Edinburgh by providing permanent supported homes and building relationships with individuals in crisis. We also work in our communities with volunteers who provide vital support to the most vulnerable in an attempt to prevent homelessness. Our experience lends itself to exemplar training programmes aimed at helping employers understand conditions around addictions.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident communicator for the new role of Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to increase awareness of our work and develop new funding streams from individual, community and corporate partnerships.
You will be a creative, organised and motivated individual with a positive track record in working independently to develop corporate and community funder relationships.
Working alongside our Communications Manager, Trusts and Grants Fundraising Manager and Leadership Team you will develop an engagement strategy to help increase awareness of our work and raise vital funds to support our organisational development including the creation of new permanent homes for individuals with long-term experience of homelessness.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing corporate partners

The Estates Repairs & Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Associate Director of Estates working alongside the Estate's Surveyor, Facilities Officer, Estates Administrator and external property consultancy partner who will provide technical support in terms of the production of tender and specifications, contract administration, property surveys, cost advice and feasibility studies.
How you will make a difference
The main purpose of the Estates Repairs & Maintenance Manager role is to manage and oversee effective property repairs, maintenance and improvement works across the property portfolio and ensure that it remains legally compliant. This includes properties where the responsibility for repairs and maintenance is that of the Charity and equally of other parties such as landlords and housing associations. The role will include managing existing external contractor relationships and housing association repairs and maintenance performance, as well as introducing new supplier contracts where required according to the wider needs of the charity. The role will also include managing major/complex projects on behalf of the charity and supporting other areas of the department ensuring properties remain compliant.
*Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.

Then this could be the role for you. At the Digital Poverty Alliance, we are looking for our new Policy & Insights Manager. You must be able to inspire us and our partners and spearhead our public affairs work, including through our National Delivery Plan to unite action to end digital poverty by 2030.
We bring together charities, corporates and government to address the underlying issues stopping families gaining full access to digital services such as education, healthcare and employment. We seek social change through our National Delivery Plan, whilst also delivering solutions in local areas that help real people and provide evidence for change.
This is an exciting, high profile and fast-paced role, joining our small team and working alongside partners, National Delivery Committee members and our wider stakeholders to effect real change for people.
