Location: Remote with one day per month in office.

We’re urgently seeking a Recruitment & Compliance Officer for 2-months to support a mission-led organisation working in the education sector. This role combines recruitment coordination with compliance oversight, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident handling safeguarding checks and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job adverts, screen applications, coordinate interviews & assessment centres

  • Carry out Right to Work checks, enhanced DBS processing, and reference collection

  • Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and GDPR standards

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce experience a bonus)

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, admissions, or HR compliance

  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • Confident working independently and meeting deadlines

  • Immediate availability
