CDS UK (the Clinic for Dissociative Studies) is a psychotherapy service, established 25 years ago to provide assessment and long-term specialist outpatient treatment to people with dissociative disorders. Its patients have often suffered the most extreme forms of abuse over a long period, and represent one of the most vulnerable and complex client groups. CDS UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and an Independent Provider to the NHS, and is subcontracted by NHS commissioning organisations nationally on a discretionary perpatient basis, where local mental health services are unable to provide appropriate treatment. CDS UK has a small core team of employees, mainly based around London, and a larger group of associate therapists, support workers and supervisors working throughout England and in Scotland. Job Summary
One of the key elements of the role will be to manage a caseload of referrals from receipt of referral through to submission of funding application and referral outcome. The postholder will be one of two people within CDS UK’s core team with responsibility for this.
There will also be an allocations management function, involving matching new (and/or existing) patients with suitable clinical staff, usually from within CDS UK’s group of associates, but sometimes via the recruitment of new practitioners.
The role will include a range of other tasks key to the successful functioning and development of CDS UK. Amongst these are maintaining a log of, and costing where appropriate, allpotential service developments (from requests for training to submissions to funders), developing reporting from basic information systems, checking and sending of patient progress reports and monitoring of patient funding. - Cross-referencing and managing the prospective tenant’s selection list with the historical enquiry list and alerting the team of any repeat/active enquiries.
- Regular visits to Trust premises to record any Health and Safety/Fire Risk Assessment breaches and reporting these to the appropriate Facilities Management team member.
- Assist with attending Unit Base Parking/Filming/Events on the estate, recording any infringements of agreements on site, and notifying the appropriate team member for further follow-on action.
- Preparing notification details for relevant authorities for entry and exit of tenants – rates, utilities, etc.
- Assisting with servicing property meetings (i.e., circulating papers, coordinating actions where required).
- Responsible for the recording of void premises and issuing of building keys.
- Occasionally provide assistance to the Trust’s reception/office manager for general office duties and reception cover if required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a busy property department.
- A broad understanding of commercial property or demonstrable experience of transferable skills if you are from a different sector.
- Customer focused, with the ability to provide a friendly and efficient service to customers, staff and tenants.
- Good time management, attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- High level IT skills and experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- A personable and collaborative approach, with experience of developing and maintaining positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.

The Sales and Marketing Team
This is an exciting opportunity to join Enable’s growing Sales and Marketing team who report into the Head of Growth and Branding. No two days are same. - Systems assessment – Assessing the existing booking and CRM systems across the company

Our CRM is a powerful tool in delivering critical functions to all aspects of College activity across membership, CPD, exams, research and communities and forums. It is used by over 50% of our staff to support our members and by our 55,000 members to access the services they need.
This role leads the ongoing development of our Salesforce platform including leading the improvement of processes, adoption using the Salesforce platform and helping the College become more data-driven by introducing improved analytics capabilities. There is an appetite across the organisation for using insights from our data to drive what and how we deliver for our members.
The successful candidate will need good technical skills, ability to work in both agile and waterfall environments, as well as excellent collaboration skills and ability to explain complex technical matters in business terms as needed.
