Waking Night Behavioural Specialist Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.

The shift pattern for this role: 21:30-07:30 10 hour night shift two nights a week

What you'll do:
* Building a supportive, trusting relationship with the customer and creating a positive atmosphere.
* Supporting the customer in their preferred night-time routine, including personal care, and promoting good sleep hygiene.
* Supporting the customer to undertake activities in line with their preferences.
* Ensuring the customer's safety and wellbeing at night, providing emotional and practical support and reassurance as needed.
* Using positive behavioural support and Autism-specific approaches to manage any distress during night-time hours.
* Working proactively with other members of the team to meet the needs of the customer and handle administrative responsibilities.
* Conducting key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging to achieve Support Plan goals.
* Ensuring ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with the customer within an attitude of 'positive risk taking';
* Ensuring appropriate handovers between shifts and documenting night-time activity, including any incidents;
* Working in line with Look Ahead's lone working protocols and maintaining high levels of awareness in relation to the health and safety of yourself and colleagues.

We are recruiting a full-time Employment Support Worker for our supported employment team in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. The contract is for 8 months. The post holder will carry a caseload of clients with lived experience of mental health, but may also include Autism or a learning disability.

The focus of the role is to support clients to achieve their employment goals and engage with employers in line with client preferences.

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. Experience working with individuals affected by learning disabilities and autism would be beneficial. You will work closely with referring teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  You will also be in working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

JOB PURPOSE 

Reporting to the Director of People, the Head of People Services is responsible for leading the delivery of a quality and customer focused core people service to MSF UK. The post holder leads on all operational aspects of the People department (with the exception of employee relations), including all recruitment, core people and payroll processes, administration, systems, data and reporting. 

Key duties areas follows: 

• Lead, motivate and develop the People Services team towards our goal of providing a seamless and customer focused people service.

Meet your Manager

In this role, you will be managed by Greg Pickford. Greg joined ClientEarth in 2018 and is based in our London office.

Main Duties

• Manage a team of 2-3 Finance Business Partners (FBP) supporting Programme teams with the grant portfolio, keeping budgets under continuous review, and providing regular financial information and analysis.
• Contribute proactively with the Programme Finance Lead and the core Finance team in improving programme finance systems and procedures.
• Working with Programme Heads and the FBPs, provide commentary and insight into the Programmes financial position on a monthly basis, flagging material risks and identifying mitigating actions.
• Review the financial assessment of new grant proposals and grant agreements. Ensure that they are in line with ClientEarth strategy and financial guidelines for cost recovery and overheads. Escalate grants or contracts that do not comply to the Head of Finance, Planning and Analysis for sign off.
• Review monthly salary allocation and cost recovery journals prepared by FBPs and ensure that data checks are in place including accuracy of fund balances
• Ensure that the financial aspects, reporting and audit requirements of grant/donor funded projects are aligned with donors’ contractual requirements.

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. Our Data Operations Managers sit within Product and Systems Management team.

Our Data Operations Managers have a key role in ensuring our end to end processes are working through our central CRM system. These processes include the processing of our income through the system such as Gift Aid, regular giving and special events, Direct Debits.

This role also ensures our end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.

This role is responsible for:

• Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
• Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
• Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary

For this role we’re looking for:

• SQL (SSIS, SSRS) knowledge
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 and associated technology
• Working knowledge of KingswaySoft
• Knowledge of deduplication techniques
• Proven data management skills and experience

About the opportunity

The London Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to seven partner schools, attending and coordinating weekly tutoring sessions, developing relationships with pupils, school staff and volunteer tutors and collecting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring sessions to ensure effective and impactful programme delivery.

Duties and responsibilities 

• Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage and effectively communicate with all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; leading weekly face to face and online tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.

Person specification
Qualifications and experience criteria:

• Experience working with volunteers and/or young people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Evidence of ability to prioritise and manage administrative tasks

• Being the sole representative for a partner school, you will need to use your ability to work independently and with initiative, often organising your own time to meet deadlines.

The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty.
• This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset.

Prospectus is collaborating with an internationally renowned art and educational institution to recruit for a newly created role in their Advancement Team - Head of Advancement Operations.

Managing a direct team of three, this role reports in to the Director of Advancement. The post holder is responsible for providing oversight, analysis and leadership to the department based on their in-depth knowledge and understanding of information management and financial systems. The Head of Advancement Operations leads the team responsible for the management of the Advancement database, gift administration, prospect research, and leads the financial monitoring of the department, working closely with the Finance team and providing complex analysis and forecasting to the Senior Management Team, Governing Board and other committees. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role with a strong grasp of fundraising activity and working closely with finance teams. You will have experience of using Raiser’s Edge, Tessitura or a similar database in an educational, charity, arts or heritage fundraising department. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and will be adept at providing advice on matters relating to information management, operations, and systems. You will demonstrate advanced experience of data analysis with the ability to provide recommendations and deliver actionable insights. You will also demonstrate excellent organisational, planning and leadership skills, ensuring team projects and targets are on track and met in full.
