Right now, we are looking for a Team Administrator to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Aldgate.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
Providing administrative support to the SHPS team looking after the financial administrative tasks, whilst helping to source landlords and properties.

Here's what the team will be looking for
You bring proven experience as an Administrator, with the ability to manage a wide r
ange of tasks efficiently and professionally. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—and confident using databases and computer systems as part of your daily work. Your excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks enable you to work effectively in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments.
You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, producing professional correspondence, clear documentation, minutes, and letters suited to varied audiences. You engage persuasively and diplomatically with internal staff, external partners, clients, and stakeholders, whether face to face or over the phone. You are comfortable working independently or as part of a team, contributing to shared goals while managing your own workload proactively.
You bring valuable knowledge and experience related to housing and homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act and private rented sector processes. You also understand welfare benefits legislation, enabling you to support service users effectively. Additionally, you have experience sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and agents in the private rented sector.
Solution-focused, proactive, and results-driven, you consistently work toward achieving daily outcomes while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and service quality.
When will I be working?
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
