This role will also support campaigns that ensure that victims of stalking receive better support and protection.

We are seeking a skilled engagement officer to deliver an innovative programme of community-led river engagement activities in and surrounding the River Roding as part of a project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, ‘The Roding Rises’. This role will engage with groups from the urban and rural reaches of the river Roding catchment to co-design activities that support the delivery of The Roding Rises activity plan and encourage participants along an engagement pathway from awareness to participation and independent action. Finance

•Prepare annual statutory accounts in accordance with SORP 2015.

The ability to work independently and with the help of a kitchen assistant volunteer is essential in order to prepare between 10 and 30 meals per day. We are looking for a qualified, experienced cook, with recent experience. You will need to have proof of relevant Food Hygiene training and an understanding of different dietary requirements, as well as allergy legislation and health and safety knowledge relevant to Kitchen work.

You would be expected to assist the manager in planning meals to keep within budgets and to assist with the preparation for special event occasion menus or other ad hoc catering that may be required.

Lead the hyh Hub, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective delivery of services. The Hub acts as a gateway for young people aged 16–17 to access hyh’s prevention services. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and commissioners, while supporting the recruitment, training, and professional development of Advice & Information and Admin Workers. You will also monitor outcomes and produce reports for the leadership team and funders to demonstrate impact and inform future service development.

Location:  Hybrid working - Part London office-based and part home working. The post holder will work a minimum of one day a week in the office. 

Salary: £27,550 per annum 

Hours: 35 hours per week

This is a fixed-term role for 9 months. 

Who we are looking for 

We are looking for a Supporter Care Coordinator to join our Supporter Care Team.

The role is very much supporter facing; in many cases you will be the first contact that supporters will have with Breakthrough T1D. You will be responsible for thanking supporters, dealing with queries and updating supporter details. You will also ensure that donations from supporters are entered accurately on the database and create reports for the Finance team. You will be required to develop good relationships with all teams and have the passion and desire to help out where necessary with additional tasks. 

Experience required 

You’ll have previous experience of: 

• Working in a customer service environment 

• Communicating with customers over the telephone and by email 

• Working on a recognised database

• Administrative experience
