ABOUT YOU
You will have proven experience in fundraising, business development, or partnership management, with a track record of generating income and building strong external relationships. Ideally, you will have experience developing fundraising plans, pipelines, or income streams from an early stage, and will be comfortable working in an environment where processes, opportunities, and supporter journeys are still evolving.
You will be confident identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing compelling proposals and cases for support, and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate partners, community fundraisers, volunteers, and individual supporters.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and creative, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, and operational teams.
Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to help grow sustainable income that supports children, young people, and families across the UK.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Fundraising Manager to help grow sustainable income for Adoption UK by building and developing strong relationships with corporate partners, supporters, volunteers, and local communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating fundraising plans from the ground up, developing new partnerships, and turning ideas into sustainable income. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supported by the Director of Fundraising, take ownership of developing, delivering and monitoring fundraising events and activities in line with our fundraising strategy.
Lead on key income streams to maximise net income and develop sustainable income streams for short, medium and long-term growth.
Monitor and evaluate progress against plans using management information and budgets to produce reports and forecasts as required
Deliver effective supporter journeys to improve supporter experience, retention, and long-term engagement.
Work alongside the Director of Fundraising to develop and implement processes and policies.
Grow and diversify income across corporate partnerships, community fundraising, events, individual giving and digital activity.
Develop compelling proposals and pitches for corporate partners, clearly articulating social value, impact and return on investment.
Build and manage a strong corporate prospect pipeline using research, data and structured follow-up to convert opportunities. Identify opportunities to sponsor projects and activities.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop assets and digital campaigns to support fundraising appeals and events.
Work with all Adoption UK teams to support local fundraising activities in each of the four nations including membership and community teams.

Job Summary
Sitting within the Product Management Team, the Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager is responsible for the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure revenue and product optimisation goals are met. The Product Manager’s job involves ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Forming and managing effective relationships with key business stakeholders, in particular Business Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers and IT Leads. Work with stakeholders to deliver the Product Roadmap by producing clear and manageable roadmaps and backlogs for delivery and communication.
Experienced in product management and agile methodologies you bring stakeholders together to solve problems and optimise product capabilities to enable the business to reach their strategic and operational objectives. You effectively matrix manage cross functional team members assigned to your product squad, liaising across multiple teams and functions to ensure engagement and successful product delivery against agreed business expectations and governance processes.
This role is for D365 and Microsoft products within St John and therefore the applicant requires experience and knowledge with D365, CRM, Microsoft and associated architecture, tech stacks, processes and user support. St John are looking for a person who has demonstrable and proven experience working with Dynamics 365 to deliver CRM programmes with complex, multi-audience organisations with a disparate database and business requirements to support growth, integrations, data cleansing and unified consent management. Alongside this we would expect the role to lead on Microsoft platform management, supporting wave releases and the adoption of new features and functionality.
About You
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C) inc Maths & English (minimum of 5), be Product Management certified/Agile Project Management / any other recognised Product mgt qualification, have demonstrable and proven experience of Microsoft Platform Management, have proven experience of D365 product management lifecycle: product vision, product roadmap, backlog management, feature and user story development, have demonstrable and proven experience of D365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement, have experience of working in structured product team following defined governance standards relating to product roadmaps, resource management, issue management, change management etc & have the ability to translate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience and gain the right level of buy-in and support.

With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions within the Hampshire area.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to expand capacity and play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Working as part of our International Salesforce team, you will configure a brand‑new Salesforce NPC platform, integrate it with our existing NPSP donor system, and provide day‑to‑day support to users across 18 countries. You’ll be a Salesforce product champion - triaging support tickets, delivering configuration changes, supporting testing, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with our Salesforce Developer & Product Owner, Project Manager, and stakeholders around the world. Occasional travel to our London office and internationally may be required.
About you
You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with strong experience building and configuring Salesforce from scratch. You’re a confident communicator, an excellent problem solver, and comfortable supporting and training users in an international environment. Experience with NPSP and / or NPC is required.
