Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will bring:
• Extensive Legacy & In Memory fundraising experience with a minimum of two years at manager level
• A track record of delivering innovation in generating income from Legacies
• Experience of planning, implementing and monitoring large budgets to agreed deadlines
• Experience of leading, inspiring and empowering colleagues to promote legacies and deliver excellent results
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral with the proven ability to communicate with persuasion and credibility
• Excellent Marketing skills to deliver growth from consumer marketing across multiple mediums including digital

- To monitor new digital fundraising opportunities, agreeing tests with managers subject to budgets, and reporting on performance
- Evaluate, assess and adjust campaigns against digital fundraising and marketing key goals
- Help improve the website as a tool for fundraising and supporter engagement, focusing on the creation and development of landing pages, donation forms, and supporter actions
- Create engaging, impactful, and creative content to support fundraising and marketing campaigns for paid and organic digital and social media activity maximising engagement levels and income growth whenever possible.
- To lead ongoing strategic and operations testing across emails and digital fundraising to optimise fundraising for Haven House
- Produce high-quality, timely and inspiring emails for donors and supporters, to increase income and engagement
- Devise and manage innovative social media campaigns to increase social engagement, ensuring suitable mechanisms are in place to effectively evaluate their success
- Work with website developers to implement Google Analytics and Facebook tracking across the website and third-party tools
- Experience with creating and producing newsletters and appeals within an email service provider and experience with building campaigns through social media tools like Facebook Ad Manager within the software packages

As our Senior Regional Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, leading, and managing British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) UK-wide Regional Partnerships Team to ensure that targets for new business acquisition and account management are achieved.

Working arrangements

We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Operations Executive to join our team and support operations for high value fundraising activity, covering the Corporate, Community and Philanthropy teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting High Value Operations: You’ll work on a variety of regular and project-based high value operation activities with a focus on our Corporate and Community Teams, including:

About the team

This role reports into the Operations Manager in the High Value Operations team, which includes 8 members and supports high value activity across the Corporate, Community and Philanthropy teams.The Corporate team consists of 15 fundraisers, the Community team 52 fundraisers, and the Philanthropy team 9 fundraisers.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
