About the role
The Donor Engagement Advisor reports to the Corporate Giving Manager and is part of the Giving team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing our relationship with Norfolk 100 members
- Working with the Marketing team to ensure that regular donors to our strategic funds receive timely updates
- Supporting fundraising activities
- Managing key external events
- Coordinate the thank you for donations process
- Act as an NCF ambassador at presentations and talks
About you
We are looking for someone who works well in a team and independently, and has experience with project management and customer/client service.
You will be able to communicate clearly through excellent written and verbal skills whilst also being able to establish good relationships, and provide quality customer service both internally and externally.
Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure are a key part of this role, as is being highly motivated and able to engage with and inspire others. It is a busy role that will have many competing deadlines so the ability to prioritise and multi-task is also key.

We are currently seeking a Team Lead to head up the delivery of support services for carers across the Southend Borough. Working 37 hours per week with remote working with the flexibility to work from home and community venues in Southend.

The National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) continues to operate, necessitating a chair. However, both the chair’s role and that of the NSP may evolve due to the Church’s upcoming decisions regarding safeguarding, prompted by Wilkinson and Jay
We are working in partnership with the The National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) which was established in June 2014 to support the Church of England’s development of national safeguarding responses, notably in the light of the Chichester Reports. The NSP is an advisory group which has performed a key role in providing reference to, and scrutiny of, the Church’s development of national safeguarding policy and guidance over the last three years.
The NSP is looking to appoint an experienced independent Chair who will lead the National Safeguarding Panel, provide excellent leadership, direction and independent scrutiny and challenge to the Church of England and bring external expertise from holding a highly senior role.
They are looking for an independent chair who:
- Is a gifted leader, who will support the Church of England in further strengthening its safeguarding arrangements and partnerships;
- Is passionate about working collaboratively at all levels, with a proven track record in improvement work at a national level;
- Knows how to hold organisations to account and possesses the skills to support the development of senior leaders;
- Has a good understanding and experience of the core aspects of safeguarding in the field of statutory and/or voluntary sector at a senior level;
- Is empathetic, strategic, emotional and has analytical skills, and able to act as a ‘critical friend’ in supporting and challenging people and institutions to help improve their safeguarding practice and arrangements;
- Has a relevant academic or professional qualification.
The successful candidate will have safeguarding expertise, with a natural empathy for the needs and experiences of children and/or adults who have been abused. You will be a senior leader, with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

And you’ll work in partnership with money advice organisations across Wales, to set up referrals for parent carers to make sure they get all the financial support they need.
What we’re looking for
- Experience of working with and supporting families who have disabled children in Wales.
- Ability to support and mentor parent carers to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make decisions that are right for their families.
- Experience in creating, facilitating, and delivering workshops
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Knowledge and experience of the issues and concerns that affect families who have disabled children e.g. leisure provision, education, respite care.
- Knowledge of issues relating to maximising income, accessing financial support, benefits, and other financial issues.

We’re looking for a MEAL specialist who is, at heart, a peacebuilder. You’ll deputise for the Regional Director as needed, and work collaboratively as a key part of the Regional Leadership Team to shape the strategic direction of Concordis’ future work across the Central African region.
As Regional Head of MEAL, your work will go above and beyond reporting to the donor on logframe outputs and outcomes to the donor, as important as those are. With your extensive peacebuilding experience, you’ll work with the team to develop and implement sophisticated metrics for measuring these changes over time. You’ll feed this information back into programme delivery, to ensure programmes remain accountable to the wider population and adapt to the rapidly changing and fragile contexts in which we work.
You’ll also use your flair for writing and your publishing skills to produce more informal news items, telling stories of the impact of our work, and publicising the recommendations that come from dialogues we facilitate. This will help us amplify voices that are often ignored by decision makers, leading to evidence-based policy making.
Role Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the programme’s monitoring and evaluation systems
Develop and oversee the systems to monitor and evaluate activities and their impact
Evaluate and enhance existing data collection tools used during previous monitoring exercises
Evaluate and enhance existing metrics to measure attitudinal and behavioural change resulting from programme activities.
Design the implementation plan to monitor and evaluate programme delivery.
Contribute to the development of Concordis’ peacebuilding methodology, policy, strategy and monitoring and evaluation.

Responsible for producing timely internal and external reports
Lead the MEAL team to produce monthly and bi-annual donor reports on all regional programme activities.
Generate clear, professional and visually attractive reports that explain the impact of our work and the recommendations from our dialogues.

Create a culture of accountability and learning across the Regional Team

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the interface of research, farming and policy working as part of the GFM team to support the development of the GFM framework and its application on farm, in the food supply chain, for education and learning, policy and finance.
Reporting to the Head of Research of the SFT, you will join the GFM team responsible for a wide range of trials, in the UK and internationally. These include Defra Elms pilots, farm cluster groups, supply chain trials, and international trials delivered as partners of Regen10. Our trials test the application of the framework and the use of the GFM by other stakeholders.

You will lead the quantitative and qualitative analysis of results and the design and reporting of feedback from participants, working with project partners, our trials team, and the wider SFT team to achieve and communicate outcomes. You will provide technical support to the team for the current GFM assessment and work with them and other project partners on the continuing development of sustainability assessments and data collection methodologies for application nationally and internationally.
The postholder will also have the opportunity to contribute to related work on the conceptual development and application of the framework in different contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team of trials managers responsible for a wide range of GFM trials, in the UK and internationally.
- Lead on the quantitative and qualitative analysis and interpretation of results and the design and reporting of feedbacfrom participants.
- Support the reporting and communication of results, leading the writing of key reports for stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of assessments used for the trials nationally and internationally - providing technical support including around data management, cleaning and extraction.

The Role

Role description and purpose
The post-holder will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of CPA’s portfolio of programmes in line with the strategic direction set by the Council and Trustees. Reporting directly to the CEO, the post-holder will be a key member of the senior management team, leading the Programme/Project Management team and working with the Finance Manager, Communications Lead, Research Lead, Advisors and other key staff to develop and deliver CPA programmes across the Commonwealth and beyond.
