Purpose of the job:
As a Debt Advice Caseworker, you will provide high quality advice and casework services to our clients who call through to our national help desk. The role is fully telephone based, at our office in Stoke on Trent. The telephone lines are open from 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 9.30am-1pm. The role includes a variety of shift patterns in line with the requirements of the contract.
You will predominantly be advising clients on their debt issues over the phone, helping them to find solutions to their issues. No call is the same, and each client is given tailored advice dependent on their circumstances. The role is demanding, but full training will be provided, and you will be, working as a part of an approachable and supportive team in a rewarding environment, allowing you to provide the best possible service to our clients.
Through your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will be able to deal with complex situations, provide accurate and detailed information, whilst achieving individual KPI’s and targets.

To achieve our ambitious strategy, Spark Inside is seeking a Communications Manager to help raise the charity’s public profile, build influence with policymakers, attract funders and commissioners, and ensure the lived experience of young people in the justice system shapes our messaging, campaigns and strategy.
You will work with the Head of Communications and Advocacy to deliver a programme of compelling external communications activities through digital, print, press and events in order to increase Spark Inside’s visibility and ensure our key messages are wide-reaching and impactful.
You will report to the Head of Communications & Advocacy and work closely alongside our Participation and Engagement Manager and Policy Lead, with line management responsibility for a part-time Communications Officer. You will also work with a range of external freelancers on design, film and print. You will build and maintain good relationships with colleagues across the whole Spark Inside team, offering support and advice as well as drawing on their expertise and insights to make our communications impactful and engaging.
While target-driven, you will have a supportive style and work in a highly collaborative way with colleagues across the organisation.

The Campaigns and Communications Lead will play a key role in the Campaign for Hope strand of the project, as well as supporting other project strands. You’ll be central in helping us work out how we tell the story of this project to different audiences, and how we bring different voices into the project to help us engage deeply with what that story really is as the project evolves. You’ll build connections with influencers, including making sure the project engages with evolving policy in Wales, Scotland and England. Working mostly remotely, with home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.
This role is flexible, allowing you to structure your own working pattern within weekdays from 8am to 6pm. While travel is required, you’ll have control over your diary. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding, requiring resilience, empathy, and a dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
· Providing direct support to road victims and their families in the Kent, Essex & East region, following Brake’s trauma-informed model of care.
· Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring their emotional, practical, and advocacy needs are met.
· Undertaking comprehensive needs assessments and creating individualised support plans
· Offering emotional and practical support—this can include helping families access therapeutic resources, financial aid, or even facilitating keepsakes to honour the memory of their loved ones
· Liaising with professionals, including police officers, Family Liaison Officers, mental health services, coroners, GPs, and other support organisations.
· Advocating for victims within medical, legal, and social services to ensure their voices are heard.
· Providing support through multiple channels, including in-person, remote calls, video chats, and messaging, depending on service user preferences.
· Completing safeguarding assessments and escalating concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
· Maintaining accurate case records in compliance with data protection policies.
· Engaging in external clinical supervision to manage personal resilience and well-being.
· Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
What We Offer
· £15,600 per year (12 months fixed term with the possibility of extension depending on funding)

Making Music is the UK association for leisure-time music, with 4,000 music groups in membership including choirs, bands, orchestras, and ensembles of all kinds.
We are looking for a full-time Member Communications & Engagement Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on helping our members feel informed, supported and inspired while also contributing to our recruitment and advocacy goals.

This full-time post is based in English PEN’s small but busy London office. The Campaigns Officer will report to the Head of Campaigns, who leads on our campaigning work across the organisation, and will work closely with the wider English PEN team.

Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager - Individual Philanthropy
This is a key role of the Freedom Fund’s partnerships team, responsible for leading and implementing the organisation’s individual fundraising strategy. This is a strategic, high-autonomy role with responsibility for developing and managing a global portfolio of individual donors and prospects, guiding them through all stages of the donor lifecycle - from identification and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship. The SSPM will lead the design and execution of a donor experience strategy to enhance engagement, deepen relationships, and increase long-term support. Overview of the Philanthropy Manager role and the team
Barnabas Aid is seeking a proactive and experienced Philanthropy Manager to join our International Outreach team. This new role is integral to ensuring the growth and sustainability of our work through regular or one time organisational and personal donations. The Philanthropy Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy in support of this, targeting potential supporters who wish to leave a lasting impact through Barnabas’ work. As part of a dynamic fundraising team, the Philanthropy Manager will work closely with the Head of Campaigns, the Living Streams Officer, and the Head of Communications. The role will also involve engagement with donors, ensuring that Barnabas Aid is at the forefront of supporters' minds when it comes to making donations or leaving a legacy for future generations of Christians in need.
