About the role
As CEP Change Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is ready for the transition to Dotdigital, focusing on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and cutover planning. You will assess the current state, define the future operating model, and lead the change strategy to support a smooth and successful go-live by March 2026.
In this role, you will:
• Conduct a current state assessment of supporter journey processes, stakeholder roles, and pain points, and define future state processes to enable marketer-led campaign delivery.
• Develop and deliver the change strategy, roadmap, and business readiness plan aligned to the March 2026 go-live milestone.
• Build and manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring buy-in and alignment across marketing, fundraising, digital, supporter care, data, and technology teams.
• Lead training needs analysis and deliver a tailored adoption plan, including role-based training, playbooks, and templates.
• Own the cutover readiness plan, ensuring business continuity during transition and supporting UAT, pilot campaigns, and contingency planning.
• Support business validation of data migration activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder engagement throughout.
About you
Used to working with tight timelines with a delivery-focused approach, you'll be a strong advocate for user adoption and long-term embedding of new ways of working.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Proven experience as a Change Lead/Change Manager on technology-driven transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, or supporter engagement platforms (experience with Salesforce/Dotdigital advantageous).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging and influencing at all levels.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and translate technical change into business impact.

Location & Ways of Working:

You will also be a key leader at YCF and a core member of the SMT, managing two part-time staff members. Overall purpose
The Employer Engagement Manager (EEM) will play a critical role in ensuring refugees supported by Breaking Barriers access meaningful, opportunities that align with client needs and labour market demand. The postholder will lead employer outreach and partnership building in priority sectors and embed consistent systems and processes that make employer engagement coordinated and impactful across the organisation. The EEM will support pathways, work placements, recruitment pipelines and workshops by ensuring employer input is actively embedded where relevant.
This is a strategic, hands-on role, the successful candidate will map and cultivate employer relationships, secure employer input into sector pathways, workshops and recruitment initiatives, translate labour market intelligence into programme improvements, and design the operational processes that enable Programmes and Corporate Partnerships to work together effectively. You will operate in a matrix environment, collaborating closely with the Programmes, Corporate Partnerships and Client Services teams but will not hold direct line-management of delivery staff.
The role is set up to be ambitious but achievable within 12 months. The priority is to build tested, repeatable employer engagement practice (relationships, processes, insight-sharing and measurable impact) that can form the foundations of a permanent employer engagement function if/when funding allows.

This is a strategic and creative role at the heart of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People’s national fundraising and engagement efforts. The post holder will lead the development and delivery of national community and challenge event programmes across all four UK regions (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Using strong project and campaign management skills, the role will grow existing initiatives charity owned initiatives such as the Great British Dog Walk and the 28 Challenge and develop new, audience-led campaigns that inspire public participation, drive fundraising, and deepen long-term engagement with the charity.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Improvement Manager to oversee two exciting and high-impact areas of work: our Voice of Customer (VoC) programme and our organisation-wide approach to thanking and recognising supporters.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how we listen to, understand, and act on customer feedback. You’ll evolve our VoC projects, turning insight into action to improve experiences across the organisation. You’ll also lead a strategic project to ensure our thanking approach is timely, meaningful and drives loyalty —making sure every supporter feels genuinely valued.
You’ll work across teams including Fundraising, Communications, Data Operations, Engagement Events, Customer Journeys, and Insight and Analysis to:

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. What does The Animal Law Foundation do?
The Animal Law Foundation was registered with the Charity Commission in August 2022. It is primarily a legal research charity that looks into neglected areas of animal law and where appropriate will instruct lawyers to bring legal challenges to secure any systems in place to protect animals function as they should.
Groups like this exist in the environmental and the human rights space in the UK and in the animal protection space in other countries. There is a desperate need for such work to exist for animals in the UK.
The UK still has some of the best animal welfare laws in the world, yet the opportunity for vast change contained within these laws is rarely explored. Through exploring these opportunities the whole system for animals can be improved and set global examples.
It is of vital importance that laws that exist to protect animals are understood and applied. The Animal Law Foundation will work alongside stakeholders to ensure that this happens.
