Job description

The Digital Champion will support disabled people to gain confidence using digital technology, helping to break down barriers to access, services, and independence. There is a focus on supporting disabled people to access digital health tools including the NHS app and GP surgery online services.

This will be done by supporting the facilitation of 2 two drop-in sessions, targeted outreach to local GP practices and Social Prescribers, and active involvement in Camden’s Digital Inclusion Network.

The role is all about access and empowerment—ensuring disabled people are included in the digital world on their own terms.

It is a requirment of the role to be a disabled person or somone with a long term health condition
