About the Role
Our Recovery Lounges offer a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment outside of normal working hours for those who feel in mental distress or crisis. The role will involve assessing needs and offering one to one support to service users to enable them to begin the process of improving their mental health and wellbeing and to providing clarity on services and pathways available in the area. The role will be part of a larger Recovery Lounge team made up of Mental Health Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers.
Job Purpose
To support individuals to deescalate mental health crisis and improve mental health and wellbeing of patients in hospital. Promote Mind BLMK services through focussed 1:1s and structured crisis interventions.

Working Hours
Our Young People need care 24/7 so we have fixed rotas, with staff needing to be able to commit to weekends and bank holidays.
For Waking Night support staff; shifts are 11.5 hours from 20:00 - 07:30 or 21:00 - 08:30, on average you will be working 40 hours a week.
There is always the possibility to do overtime if you need a bit extra, this is paid time and half; same as bank holidays.

About the Role
MSI seeks a Global Programme & Philanthropy Manager for the WISH2 WACA programme. As part of the project management team, the Global Programme & Philanthropy Manager (GPPM) will contribute to the fulfilment of an MSI-led consortium’s mission, taking responsibility for the management of sub-contracts for a number of consortium partners, supporting them to deliver their commitments under the project (including payment by results KPIs), ensuring adherence to donor compliance standards, and the delivery of internal commitments under the project by MSI’s Global Support Office. In addition, the GPPM will lead project management support for a portfolio of MSI country programmes, working closely with MSI’s Africa team, and WISH2 Country Project Leads supporting consortium KPI monitoring, risk management, work-planning and monitoring.
In addition, s/he will lead on key pieces of work under the project results verification and learning component that the Evidence & Learning Partner (E&L) has responsibility for, coordinating technical inputs across key thematic areas (e.g. advocacy, social norms, disability inclusion etc…), interacting with technical leadership from within the project, coordinating Technical Working Groups and providing technical leadership where appropriate.

The role
As Senior IT Manager, you will lead on all things IT across CSE and our subsidiary, Retrofit West CIC. From supporting staff day-to-day to managing our infrastructure and external support partner, you will ensure our systems are secure, fit for purpose, and evolving with our needs.
You will sit within the Finance & Operations team and be part of CSE’s Senior Management Team (SMT), working closely with our Director of Finance & Operations. · Being the main contact for our external IT support provider.

* The salary for the post will be on Scale I (£47,508– £55,953). The Deputy Safeguarding Advisor is a very important role at the Diocese, as you will provide advice to parishes on safeguarding issues, cases and incidents to help ensure that our parishes, the Cathedral and the Diocesan offices discharge their responsibilities for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults who may be at risk of abuse or neglect.

As Deputy Safeguarding Advisor, you will provide best practice advice to all stakeholders and partners as well as participating in the Diocese of Canterbury’s Safeguarding Executive Group and Diocesan and Cathedral Safeguarding Advisory Panel, whilst taking responsibility for preparing reports when requested.
Working closely with the Diocesan Safeguarding Officer, you will also coordinate the Diocese’s response to victims and survivors of church-based abuse which includes ensuring that victims and survivors are assisted in accessing relevant support services.
With a relevant professional qualification or equivalent (for example, social care or criminal justice) you should have significant experience of undertaking safeguarding risk assessments and professional safeguarding expertise and experience in a relevant statutory, voluntary, or judicial agency.
Practitioner experience of working with victims and survivors of abuse and with offenders and perpetrators of abuse, is also essential.

As a Children’s Residential Worker, you will directly look after children and young people who have complex emotional and mental health needs due to trauma, loss and other adverse experiences.
You will be required to support children to regulate and understand their emotions. About the role
Here at Joseph Rowntree Foundation, we are on the lookout for a Learning and Impact Lead – someone to help the Movement Effectiveness team and our network of partners to better understand how change happens and to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of our programmes. You will create and deliver learning frameworks, capture and promote insight from their experiences, and identify how our resources; time, money, knowledge and being relational can make a difference in the world.
This is an exciting new role, and you will lead JRF’s strategy for learning and impact measurement across narrative change, movement building, and community organising initiatives and embed a culture of reflection, learning, and adaptive practice within JRF and among our partners.
Acting as a thought leader in the sector, sharing insights and innovations in impact measurement and evaluation with external stakeholders, you will work with colleagues to evaluate the effectiveness of storytelling and strategies in shifting public narratives about poverty and inequality.
About you
We are looking for someone who has proven expertise in designing and implementing learning and impact measurement frameworks, particularly in one or more areas of narrative change, movement building, or community organising. You will have experience working with marginalised communities and a commitment to centring their voices and lived experiences in evaluation processes. With strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams and stakeholders, you will have an in-depth understanding of systems change approaches and the complexities of measuring long-term, non-linear outcomes.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and a passion for social justice and alignment with JRF’s mission and values. With excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills, including participatory evaluation methodologies, you will have a track record of producing high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations that drive learning and decision-making.
