We are looking for a Volunteer Recruitment Manager with a solid knowledge of Ealing and West London more generally, to focus on recruiting mentors both out in the community and through forming pioneering partnerships with key public and private sector organisations. You will work closely with our Volunteer Recruitment Managers in Hertfordshire and Surrey and provide ongoing support for each and every one of our mentors, establishing a deeply personal service that inspires every volunteer and organisation to feel a hugely valued part of the MCR family and cause.
Key responsibilities:

We are seeking a Support Specialist who will be integral to our mission to help people with a brain tumour to be less isolated, better supported and more confident on their brain tumour journey.

What’s involved
Working closely with brainstrust’s Director of Services, you will be trained to deliver the Charity’s revered, impartial and impactful coaching and information service for people living with a non-malignant brain tumour, and their families.
You will instil empowerment and control in those living with a non-malignant brain tumour, dramatically improving their wellbeing. You will play a key role in helping us towards our vision to be readily available to as many of the 80,000 people in the UK who are living with a brain tumour, and their caregivers.
You will:
- Continue to grow the impactful community for people with a non-malignant brain tumour through face to face, online, phone and email support, social media engagement and running workshops and events for brain tumour patients and their caregivers.
- Be willing to coach and be coached. Rigorous support and recognised training will be provided.
- Support with ensuring that every non-malignant brain tumour patient and their caregivers work with us to secure the best possible outcome.
- Refer potential fundraising opportunities to relevant members of the brainstrust team to ensure the sustainability of the project.

As Voice Manager, you will work with the Head of Voice to deliver our Voice strategy and deliver a high-quality Voice team in order to enable young cancer patients and their families to have a stronger voice, inside and outside the organisation - not just to contribute, but also to challenge, giving the power to them to amplify their voice and make positive change.
Our Voice team is a key part of the Policy, Communications and Voice Directorate, which synthesises our policy, research, campaigning, voice, media & brand, digital and communication work. Purpose of the role
One of the core elements of this work is the production of the Freedom of Thought Report. The Report examines every country in the world for its record on upholding the rights and equality for non-religious people. We consider issues of legal discrimination and outright persecution and violence. The Report is essential to our awareness-raising efforts of the persecution faced by the non-religious.
Humanists International is embarking on a 2-year programme of work in order to realize some long-term improvements to the Freedom of Thought Report. We are looking for an enthusiastic research coordinator to join our team and participate in all stages of the publication process.
As a research coordinator you will support the Casework & Campaigns Manager to administer, plan and produce the Freedom of Thought Report, providing evidenced-based research to shape and influence human rights policy as it pertains to the non-religious.
This is a predominantly home-based role, but does require the attendance of in-person events such as the General Assembly and Team Building, as required.

The programme supports individuals and organisations to understand more about dementia and inspires them to take meaningful action to bring help and hope to everyone affected by dementia. This varied role is all about engaging volunteers, organisations and other internal and external stakeholders with this flagship programme. The role will work across a specified region to recruit, engage, train and support Dementia Friends Ambassadors (DFAs) volunteers. About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract for maternity cover. You will:
· Undertake relevant administration on the HR Information system, iTrent
· Note take at Employee Relations, wellbeing and ill-health capability meetings

About you

We’re looking for an experienced civil litigator to join our small (but mighty!) in-house team at Fish Legal. We use the law to fight pollution and other damage or threats to the water environment.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Practice to provide a responsive, practical, cost-effective service taking civil action on behalf of angler members regarding damage to fisheries.
This is a permanent, full time, remote role that suits a solicitor who’d like to work in an intellectually challenging environment alongside a very passionate and supportive team—although our casework can be demanding, we’re flexible and family-friendly.
What you’ll be doing
· Provide legal advice and representation to member clubs, riparians, and fishery owners in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
· Conduct litigation, instructing and working with experts and counsel

We seek a Global Technical Lead - Social Inclusion and Mainstreaming, with expertise in addressing inequalities, to join our team of social inclusion professionals. The post-holder will be responsible for providing technical support in the design of new projects, the provision of technical expertise to ongoing initiatives and will also play a role in shaping the strategic direction of Sightsavers' approach to disability inclusive decision-making, gender mainstreaming, and supporting our policy and global advocacy priorities.
The Global Technical Lead - will support the Deputy Technical Director, Social inclusion in delivering Sightsavers' work in inclusive decision-making. This will include working closely with country office staff to deliver our West Africa portfolio of projects addressing inclusive citizenship and political participation (CPP). Inclusive democracy is an area of growth for Sightsavers, and the post-holder will have a significant role in contributing to growing the portfolio.
Principal accountabilities will include:
- Providing Sightsavers staff and our partners, technical leadership, support and guidance in the area of disability inclusion across our thematic area of citizenship and political participation
- Identifying the capacity building needs of Sightsavers' staff and partners globally to deliver social inclusion programming
- Working with Global Technical Leads and other teams to identify new strategic initiatives and innovative approaches in social inclusion including in fragile environments and promoting locally led development.

About the role:
