The Employment Advisor (Community) South West and South Wales will do this by providing employment & job finding support, access to wider support agencies and, when required, individual needs assessments.

About Us:

Baca is dedicated to providing support and care to 16 to 18 year old unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are newly arrived in the country, helping them rebuild their strength, dignity, and hope for the future. We work closely with social workers and representatives from other agencies to benefit the young people in our care.

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will be a key worker for several young people in Baca's care, providing high-quality holistic and therapeutic support for their transition to adulthood. Head of Group FP&A: £80,000 - £93,000 + Enhanced Benefits | London | Hybrid Working

For a large, global organisation, we are recruiting a Head of Group FP&A. Leading a team of 4, the Head of Group FP&A sits at the heart of Group and Global Finance, and leads Group MI, Reporting, Planning and Forecasting across the organisation. The role oversees cash and balance sheet forecasting for the Group and Subsidiaries and ensures insightful reporting to external stakeholders. FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

This exciting post will be working with children who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Focusing on standard and medium risk cases, this role will provide practical and emotional support to children and young people, whilst working proactively with other professionals, with an emphasis on early intervention and awareness raising.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables. 

This role may include evening and weekend work when required.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage a caseload of low to high risk children and young people, predominantly through face to face appointments but also utilising virtual technologies and group work.

• Plan, recruit and deliver group work interventions for children and young people alongside colleagues. 

• Complete an initial assessment of the child’s needs so that you can identify and plan the support needed to address issues and prevent any problems from escalating. 

• Assess the needs of the child and devise appropriate support and safety plans with due regard to the dynamic nature of risk.

To provide experienced and effective strategic leadership, and operational delivery, of the fundraising and marketing initiatives of The Mix and its trading subsidiary, 127 Trading Ltd, to generate a diverse and sustainable stream of income to enable The Mix to deliver its charitable activities in the years ahead.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic fundraising and marketing professional to develop and execute an ambitious commercial strategy to enable us to provide even greater support to young people in Suffolk.

The Mix Stowmarket Ltd. is an established youth charity working with young people aged 9–25 across Mid Suffolk. With a committed team, a flagship youth centre, and a trading arm, 127 Trading Ltd, operating two cafés, we’re rooted in community impact and innovation.

We exist to inspire, empower, and support young people to build resilience, thrive, and unlock their full potential. Working from our centre in Stowmarket and a second base in Needham Market, we deliver a diverse range of programmes including youth mentoring, alternative education, school-based support, and open-access youth sessions. Overview of the role

Main Responsibilities

1. Strategic leadership

· Build strong partner relationships with a focus on stewardship, retention, and growth.

· Chair the Fundraising sub-committee and contribute to the Data, Impact and Evidence Action Group

3. Marketing and communications

· Develop marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the charity’s mission, vision and                             achievements to various audiences for both The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd.

· Lead the management of digital platforms, ensuring consistent and inspiring content across all channels, including the           website, social media, email and printed materials.

· Ensure that brand messaging is consistent, clear and aligned across The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd to enhance public             recognition and reputation.

· Grow awareness of the charity at a local and regional level, monitoring success through market research.

· Develop compelling narratives and stories of the charity’s impact to engage partners and encourage continued                     support.

4. Team leadership and development

· Lead and develop the Fundraising & Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.

· Mentor and support team members in achieving their professional development goals, ensuring they attain business             objectives.

· Regularly monitor and review team performance to meet income generation and communication objectives.

5. Operational excellence

· Ensure compliance with data protection laws, fundraising regulations and ethical guidelines across all fundraising and           marketing activities.

· Review and improve the use of the website and develop systems to track donor engagement, monitor income and                 ensure data integrity and transparency.

· Work closely with finance and operations teams to oversee the management and monitoring of fundraising targets.

·Work closely with the Youth Work team to provide insight to funding opportunities available and marketing and                       fundraising activities occurring.

As Roma Outreach Worker, you’ll provide a consistent point of contact for rough sleepers, conducting street outreach and engaging individuals who may face barriers in accessing services. You will deliver culturally sensitive, personalised support, ensuring clients can navigate housing, welfare and healthcare systems.

• Conducting regular outreach shifts to identify and engage rough sleepers

Role Details

• Position: Operations Coordinator
• Location: Remote. Travel required for in person team days 3 - 6 times a year and some travel across Oxfordshire.

·Hours of work: PT 4 days a week. (28 hours) per week. (Flexible for the right candidate)

·Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. 

·Start Date: Flexible between November 2025 and January 2026.

The Head of Development and Fundraising will drive their mission forward with creativity, energy and passion. The postholder will principally cultivate relationships and secure funding with major donors – both existing and new to the organisation – exciting and delighting those philanthropists to give significant gifts at the five-figure level and above. The role attracts a position on the committed management team while also managing a small team responsible for donors, sponsors, friends and partners to the organisation.

The selected candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishment in fundraising and will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking ideally within an arts fundraising setting. The fundraising experience and knowledge will be key too, with the postholder able to demonstrate a track record of telling compelling stories to captivate donors for revenue and capital fundraising asks.  Above all, the selected candidate will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker, to match the ambitions and approach this organisation and its leadership takes.

You’ll play a vital part in a small and ambitious fundraising team, working to grow the Community Giving Programme

As a Community Engagement Officer you will:

• Lead on donor acquisition and retention strategies with community organisations.
• Develop new local partnerships and maintain strong relationships with supporters.
• Coordinate and attend community fundraising events, from charity stalls to bucket collections.
• Secure community grants and local funding opportunities.
• Manage and support volunteer ambassadors.
• Use insight and data to guide decision making and improve supporter journeys.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Has a track record of meeting fundraising targets and building long-term partnerships.
• Be an excellent communicator and confident public speaker.
• Enjoys networking and building relationships with people from all walks of life.

• Brings strong organisational and project management skills.
• Has a full UK driving license and is willing to travel across North and Central London and Hertsmere.
• Experience in the charity sector and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Beacon) is desirable.

The Charity

Key focus of the contract

Helping to effectively integrate the (refreshed) brand work into internal comms strategies, ensuring to maximise the benefits of this refresh to drive engagement, behaviour change and belonging/shared purpose across the Charity.

Candidate
Demonstrate a commensurate depth of experience of internal comms, be used to operating at senior level
Comfortable working autonomously/on own initiative and as part of a wider comms team and function, steering and shaping the role.
Experience designing comms for strategy launch and also preferably experience of integrating brand into internal comms before.
