Job Title: Senior Practitioner Psychologist (internally this role is known as Senior Skylight Psychologist) or Practitioner Psychologist (internally known as Skylight Psychologist)

The Skylight Psychologist role is offered as a development opportunity for candidates in the first 18 months post qualification. There would be the opportunity to progress to the Senior Skylight Psychologist role when they meet the relevant clinical and leadership competencies, in line with Crisis’ Preceptorship Framework.

Qualifications: You must be a Practitioner Psychologist registered with the HCPC. For the Skylight Psychologist role, we will consider applications from individuals due to complete doctoral training.

Hours: Part-time 14 hours per week, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Salary: Full-time and part-time (14hours per week) salaries are as follows:

• Skylight Psychologist, qualified within the last 18 months:
  • £50,757 per annum FTE (part-time £20,302)
• Senior Skylight Psychologist:
  • 18 months to 4 years qualified - £58,364 per annum FTE (part-time £23,345)
  • 5 to 7 years qualified - £60,454 per annum FTE (part-time £24,181)
  • 8+ years qualified - £64,504 per annum FTE (part-time £25,801)

Location: Crisis Skylight London 50 – 52 Commercial Street, E1 6LT This is a primarily onsite role, so you can support our members and team face to face, but some homeworking may be an option in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy.

About the role

We are committed to ending the homelessness of more people using our direct services, including people with complex needs. To do this, we are seeking a part-time Practitioner Psychologists to join our fantastic team in Crisis Skylight London.

You will form part of the local Leadership team, supporting the implementation of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs). You will support the delivery of our work to members by offering training and leading reflective practice for staff and providing direct services to members at times.

You will also be a part of a national psychology team made up of a Lead Clinical Psychologist, a Regional Lead Clinical Psychologist and nine Practitioner Psychologists as well as Trainee Clinical Psychologists on placements.

At Crisis, we understand more and more Practitioner Psychologists are taking on multiple part-time opportunities within the NHS, academia, private practice and the third sector as this has been the case with our own team. You will join an extraordinary team of frontline lead workers with a focus on people facing homelessness who have survived a range of difficult and traumatic experiences.

We are looking for someone with post qualification experience of working within complex systems and you may have direct experience of working with people who experience homelessness.

You will be excited by the prospect of working innovatively to deliver services locally alongside the Skylight team, as well linking in closely with the wider Psychology team to develop the service. You will be committed towards social justice, and to being an advocate for those we work with and for breaking down the systemic barriers that exclude those who need most support.

About the role

The Therapeutic Services Project Manager will lead on performance monitoring and reporting to funders ensuring robust data governance, GDPR compliance and to inform service delivery, development, survivor engagement and organisational performance. This role is critical to embedding a culture of data-driven decisionmaking, using performance monitoring to support high-quality service delivery in line with sector standards and quality assurance frameworks. The role will provide leadership on project implementation and delivery alongside the Head of Therapeutic Services.

This role will be responsible for performance monitoring and reporting across Woman’s Trust, so that staff can use our internal service data to inform their ongoing work and decision-making.

The Therapeutic Services Project Manager will take ownership of concisely communicating our performance data to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets and contractual obligations are being met. About the Sickle Cell Society (SCS)

The Sickle Cell Society (SCS) is the only national charity in the UK that supports and represents people affected by a sickle cell disorder. We provide information, advice and support to enable people to improve their overall quality of life. You will be responsible for the membership and donors’ database (Beacon) keeping up to date and reporting back on results, whilst ensuring data compliance and implementation of data. You will be highly proficient in the use of business IT systems in particular Microsoft Excel to analyse data, and you will also have at least one year’s experience, or equivalent, in producing detailed and insightful reports.

The post-holder will be a confident communicator and collaborator with proven relationship building and creative and innovative fundraising skills. You will also support the development of our fundraising communications, monitoring performance across all channels driving best practice and income growth. You will generate and develop engaging fundraising communications and be responsible for your own copywriting, including thanking our wonderful donors via the most appropriate communication channels.

Liberty is seeking an experienced, dynamic and ambitious Individual Giving Manager to implement a recently adopted individual giving strategy, lead a fast-paced team, and drive forward the next phase of increased public fundraising.

We are looking for someone experienced in digital communications and conversion, excited by the chance to work across a range of human rights issues, and who brings solid experience in leading a team.

Our current priorities are to maximise the success and profitability of supporter acquisition and conversion (mostly digital), forming tailored, data-driven supporter journeys (online and offline), creating a culture of testing, evaluating and optimising, and delivering engaging, integrated fundraising campaigns based on Liberty’s public campaigning and legal cases, and the investigative journalism of Liberty Investigates.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how HENRY grows and delivers its services nationally. You will lead on developing our business offer, managing contracts and licences, and building strong, lasting relationships with commissioners and partners.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, giving you ownership of the full contract lifecycle - from developing compelling offers to negotiating, managing, and renewing agreements. You will work closely with the CEO and senior colleagues, helping to strengthen our income streams and ensure we continue delivering meaningful impact for families.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a strategic Business Development role on a part-time (0.6 FTE) basis, offering flexibility alongside meaningful responsibility.

About the Team

You will join our Business Development team, supporting income growth and ensuring contract compliance to enable the continued scale of our charitable work. You will be line managed by the CEO and work closely with colleagues across Business Development, Family Support and Training teams.

Key Responsibilities

This role holds responsibility for:

1. Business Offer Development for HENRY

• With colleagues in Business Development, ensure HENRY has a clear, costed and attractive offer for localities wanting to deliver HENRY in partnership.
• Lead an annual review of costs and prices of our training, programmes and licensing to remain cost-effective, competitive and value for money.
• As part of Business Development team, work with team members and Finance to ensure timely and clear understanding of income through license fees, training commissions and resource sales.
• Remain abreast of the needs of commissioners to ensure HENRY remains agile and relevant in its offer in supporting babies, children and families lead healthy, happy lives.
• Work with colleagues in Development to help plan training and development needs as appropriate.

2. Contract Development, Management and Compliance

• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and licenses, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal in line with legal, regulatory and organisational policies.
• Take responsibility for establishing contracts when a new local area is onboarded, working closely with the other Business Development Manager and CEO.
• Ensure data sharing agreements are in place, reviewed and adhered to, working closely with the data protection leads.
• Manage ongoing relationships, additional services (such as training commissions) and renewal discussions with existing HENRY areas, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and taking appropriate action where commitments are not being met.
• Collaborate with local Service Managers and National Family Support Lead in direct delivery areas to manage commissioner relationships and ensure service commitments are met and proactively identifying opportunities for contract extensions or expanded services.
• Review and analyse contracts to identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Work with colleagues in Family Support and Data and Evaluation Team to ensure reporting is timely, accurate and aligned with contractual obligations.

3. Organisational Support and Alignment

• Maintain organised and accessible records of all contracts, amendments and key dates.
• Provide guidance, advice and training to staff on contract-related issues, interpretation and compliance, promoting consistent and confident practice across HENRY.
• Work closely with Finance, Training and Development teams to ensure contracts align with budgetary and service delivery requirements.
• Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures relating to contract management.

This role will support the development and delivery of our services and resources for young people born with a cleft lip and/or palate. Working closely with the Engagement & Services team to help us achieve our mission. 

The Youth Engagement Coordinator will sit within the Engagement & Services Team. They will join a friendly and supportive team of seven colleagues who, together, are responsible for the delivery of CLAPA’s adult, family, children and young people and involvement services. The post holder will develop and deliver services for eight- to seventeen-year-olds, which will enable the young cleft community to connect, share experiences and access guidance and emotional support. Shaping what support looks like, creating positive impact and strengthening reach, this new role for CLAPA will make a real difference to the lives of children and young people born with a cleft.
