This person will report directly to the Head of Network and work closely alongside other members of the team and key stakeholders, with a specific focus on our Accredited Club and Programme compliance and development and overarching responsibility of maintaining our membership delivery model mechanics and key processes. As a member of the Organisational Growth team, this role will play a vital part in supporting the future shaping of capability and capacity building, driving the strategic plan in accordance with our mission. As Business Analyst, you’ll be vital to analysing and understanding business problems and opportunities from across the charity. You will be helping to understand user and business needs, break those needs out into constituent parts, analyse multiple solutions, and support the communication and delivery of solutions to meet the user needs.

An initial activity will involve working with stakeholders to understand the on-going requirements to improve how we use our CRM (Dynamics). You will:
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements for the continuing improvement of our CRM.
- Design and document processes and workflows within the CRM and other products/services.
- The support for stakeholders in using the CRM whilst distilling relevant information to our data team.

Age UK are recruiting for a Senior Influencing Project Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract.
We will be developing a number of research, policy and practice development projects in support of our new strategy. These include the 'extremely vulnerable people' project and a new partnership researching older people's experiences pre and post an urgent episode of care or emergency hospital admission.
This exciting opportunity will also take on responsibility for managing our response to the Pandemic Inquiry and relationship with the Health and Wellbeing Alliance. This is initially a 12-month role, with the possibility of extending to 24 months depending on project funding.
The successful Senior Strategic Influencing Manager will take the lead in designing and delivering these complex projects, including management of external partners, consultants or agencies and internal teams as required. The role will work closely with the Policy Lead, Clinical Lead and Head of Health Influencing to coordinate and drive delivery of the organisation's goals and strategic priorities across health and care.

About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with a passion for relationship building and service sales. Someone who can actively engage and work with our existing client portfolio and win new business through formal tendering opportunities to ensure VoiceAbility remains a provider of choice.
In this new role, you will sit in the Business and Strategy directorate working proactively with external stakeholders and colleagues from across the organisation to ensure that we grow our portfolio of contracts, re-win existing business and advise clients of new services. You will be doing a mixture of new business sales and account management of existing services.
This position is a full-time, 35 hours a week, permanent contract with a starting salary between £39,000 - £46,500 per annum depending on skills and experience. About the role:
Kinship are seeking to recruit experienced event co-ordinators with a whole range of skills and great energy to join our brand-new training team. They will be responsible for delivering this first ever programme of its type supporting kinship carers across England in their caring role.
As a pivotal part of the team, you’ll be supporting delivery of high-quality in-person and online training events across England. You’ll be the first point of contact for the team and be experienced and responsive in dealing with enquiries. • Oversee the People Team to ensure that the capability of all People technology solutions is maximised, including the use of automation and that all new systems are effectively implemented and maintained
• Ensure that all administrative processes are designed to be robust and accurate with the aim of supporting management processes; providing a positive employee experience; and, for the production of management information.
• Ensure that effective systems, checks and balances are in place for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and pensions each month.
• Ensure the collation of good quality data across all activities and develop metrics and evaluation processes to measure effectiveness.
• Draft ad hoc and routine reports in relation to the People & Culture strategy.
• Responsible for the development and delivery of the People Team management information and corresponding dashboards

• CIPD qualified or other relevant qualifications / experience.
• Experience of line managing or staff supervision.
• A proven track record of working in a People Team as a Business Partner, Manager or at an equivalent level.
• Sound knowledge of employment law, best practice in employment and managing complex employee relations.
• Track-record of designing and implementing People strategies and plans
• Experience of implementing and developing technological solutions and designing effective processes supporting these.
• Experience of procuring services or solutions and effective management of suppliers
