Job description

Senior Marketing Manager

Would you like to be part of one of the most exciting, innovative and high performing marketing teams in the sector? 

This is an amazing opportunity to apply your marketing skills to a nationwide, sector leading product portfolio.  Your role will be hugely varied, you will have excellent evaluation skills to inform your product strategies from concept development to media planning and campaign analysis.

You will be responsible for substantial budgets with a seven-figure expenditure budget and multi million annual income target, managing these in year monitoring, forecasting and reporting against product income and expenditure lines.

You will develop product marketing plans in accordance with strategy and budgets, with input from relevant departments, developing, monitoring and continually evolving your in year product strategies to deliver to department plans.

You will continually develop your product portfolio applying insight to multi media campaigns. You will be an experienced marketer across both on and offline channels, confident in building excellent relationships both internally and externally to manage creative, media and production agencies, as well as complex cross organisational relationships.

You will lead a team and will have exceptional delegation and team management experience to inspire, manage and drive fantastic performance across your team. You will be accountable for maintaining a working knowledge of all relevant regulation and law and ensure it is applied appropriately across your team.
