Responsibilities of our Senior Prospect Partnerships Development Officer:
- The successful candidate will lead the development of new, long-term corporate partnerships, supporting the implementation of the corporate partnerships fundraising plan and increasing sustainable net income for Cats Protection.
- The Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officer will be pivotal in driving new income for the charity, working as one with teams across the charity to identify new opportunities for potential corporate funding support.
About the Corporate Partnerships team:
- We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
- The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers
- We currently have a team of two corporate partnership development professionals, in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team
- You will be managed by the Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, and you will work alongside another Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to achieve a joint team target
What we are looking for in our Senior Prospect Partnerships Development Officer:
- Significant corporate partnership fundraising experience generating new business
- Extensive experience of developing strong relationships with supporters/ clients/colleagues
- Experience of presenting business proposals in person and via conference call
- Experience of managing commercial participators agreements, negotiating updates and changes where necessary
- Excellent networking skills
- Familiar with the CIOF codes of practice relating to corporate partnership fundraising

The Ancient Tree Forum (ATF) is seeking a motivated and organised Technical and Engagement Officer to join our small, friendly and flexible team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a charity dedicated to safeguarding the UK’s ancient and veteran trees, along with their wildlife, heritage and cultural values.
This role is vital to achieving our strategic outcomes by providing expert technical advice, supporting and collaborating with the Technical Advisory Panel to develop authoritative guidance and publications. You will act as a key contact for public and stakeholder enquiries and contribute technical expertise to ATF’s communications across our website, newsletter, social media and press activity.
You will engage with sector networks, collaborate with partners and support strategic messaging. This role will help strengthen the charity’s visibility and impact in ancient and veteran tree conservation and protection.

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Resourcing Partner to join our friendly, fast-paced Resourcing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

You’ll lead the full recruitment cycle across three key areas of Blue Cross – Rehoming & Fostering Services, Fundraising, Communications & Engagement, and Finance & Resources – using your expertise to shape campaigns, coach hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and teams alike.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading inclusive, effective recruitment campaigns across a wide range of roles
- Advising managers and shaping attraction strategies to bring in top talent
- Writing compelling job adverts that reflect our purpose and values
- Using direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking tools to build diverse pipelines
- Screening and assessing applicants to create strong, insight-driven shortlists
- Coaching hiring managers and sharing best practice
- Supporting Resourcing Administrators and covering when needed
- Promoting our employer brand and connecting with underrepresented audiences
This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. It follows a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days per week spent in the office — either at our Burford office or at one of our Rehoming, Advice and Behaviour Units in Radcliffe (Greater Manchester) or Newport — and the remainder working from home. We will ask which site you wish to be based at as part of your application. Please note that we are unable to consider full-time remote working or alternative site locations for this role.

Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices and experience reaching underrepresented groups
- Confidence using LinkedIn, CV databases, and job boards for direct sourcing
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment data management
- Knowledge of various advertising and recruitment methods
- A good understanding of employment law in relation to recruitment, particularly around discrimination and reasonable adjustments
