Your role

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Being connected to the RNLI community in your area and the primary point of contact for all things engagement (fundraising, retail and visitor experience)
• Empowering volunteer engagement crew to do what they do best, engaging the public, sharing our RNLI vision and growing support for our cause
• Supporting volunteer engagement crew to achieve key income, footfall and contact goals and seeking ways to engage new audiences
• Being part of an amazing regional team, working collaboratively to shape the future of RNLI engagement and provide an outstanding level of care to staff, volunteers and supporters

About you

You’ll be:

• A people person, that can interact with a wide number of different volunteers, branches, groups, individuals and businesses Inspiring and empower engagement activity in your area, tackling challenging goals.
• Able to work as part of a high-performing team, but equally confident working independently, out and about in your area.
• Passionate about making a real difference for our volunteers and supporters and growing support for our cause.

To be considered as the Community Manager, you will need:

• Significant experience of engaging supporters, volunteers and the general public.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• People leadership experience, ideally in leading volunteers in a collaborative environment.
• Experience of seeking out and implementing new opportunities for improved performance.

Please note this role requires a significant level of travel within the areas of between Rye Harbour, Shoreham and London but will also require occasional travel to other RNLI assets - including our support centre in Poole. This post requires a valid driving licence.

Age UK is hiring a Philanthropy Lead! We are delighted to be recruiting for this brand new role in Age UK's award-winning partnerships and philanthropy team. You'll be joining a team of c30 talented and dedicated colleagues working across philanthropy, corporate partnerships, trusts & foundations, statutory, all supported by a fantastic partnerships operations team. We're looking for an experienced major donor fundraiser who has the passion, drive and strategic understanding to lead Age UK's Philanthropy programme. You will work to create a step change in philanthropy income & impact, aligned to Age UK's thematic priorities to tackle pensioner poverty, disconnection and health and care - locally, nationally and internationally. You will forge relationships to secure new donations and maintain existing donor relationships, whilst also leading and coaching a team you have the opportunity to recruit and build yourself.

We operate a hybrid-working model, a blend of home and office working. This role will include regular days working from our London office (EC3N 2LB) - currently once a week on a Thursday and may involve occasional travel for meetings and cultivation events. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.

We’re looking for an interim Head of International High Value Fundraising, who will take the lead on high value fundraising for our international work, ensuring our work can impact dogs and their owners across the world.

What does this role do?
As Head of International High Value Fundraising, you'll:

• lead the International High Value Fundraising team, providing direction and day-to-day leadership to inspire and support the team in cultivating transformational giving. Motivate and empower colleagues to unlock major opportunities in the United States and strengthen our approach in other regions.
• partner with other fundraising teams across Dogs Trust and our international partners, World Veterinary Service and Mission Rabies, to enhance and align global philanthropy strategies. Identify and pilot innovative approaches to generating significant new income and building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
• personally manage a portfolio of high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and major donors, leading on all aspects of relationship management, from prospect identification and tailored proposal development to bespoke stewardship and long-term engagement that secures six-, seven-, and eight-figure gifts,
• represent Dogs Trust internationally, strengthening our global profile and cultivating relationships that increase awareness of, and secure substantial philanthropic support for, our international programmes.

· Prepare compelling partnership proposals, impact reports, and presentations tailored to potential and existing partners

Communications & Administration

· Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to promote fundraising campaigns through digital, print, and social media channels

· Maintain accurate supporter records and track income and engagement using our CRM system

· Ensure all fundraising activity is compliant with GDPR, fundraising regulations, and reflects The Carers’ Centre’s values

About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Regional Fundraiser to join our rewarding and growing team. This is an exciting role, which would suit someone looking to build and develop their relationship fundraising or broaden their sector experience in a major national charity.

Location: This is a homeworking role. • Building strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, local businesses, and community groups across West/South-West England.

• Identifying new opportunities to grow income and engagement in your region, including partnerships with local trusts and businesses.

Who are we looking for? 

Ygam is seeking an experienced corporate fundraiser, or individual with transferable skills, to join our tight-knit and ambitious team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to use your communication skills and initiative to manage and develop a pipeline of corporate partnerships opportunities, spotting synergies and developing relationships with potential donors. By writing proposals and managing a calendar of supporting activities, you will not only hone your communication skills, corporate account development and management, but also make a tangible impact on our mission to Safeguard our Digital Generation. 

Key tasks: 

• manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium corporate partners, increasing income by identifying new prospects and through the stewardship of existing donors. 

• write high quality applications and communicate accurately and transparently on the progress made in partnerships.  

• work with our programme experts to develop expertise in key programme areas and build your knowledge of Ygam’s work. 

• support with applications and reports to large corporates and other associated fundraising activity.  

The ideal candidate will be motivated, creative, and organised, with a knack for relationship building. This role suits an ambitious self-starter with excellent research, communication, writing, IT, and presentation skills. Role Requirements 

Duties will include but not be limited to: 

Business Development

• Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop strategies which increase Ygam’s visibility in the corporate space.

• Conduct prospective supporter research; establish and grow the partnerships pipeline, and develop pitches to meet shared objectives, working with the Head of Fundraising. 

• Build strong relationships with organisations that share our values.

• Manage the prospect pipeline using Salesforce, segmenting the pipeline into areas of programme interest and tracking applications, expected and actual income and reporting deadlines. 

Relationship Building: 

• Craft engagement plans to deepen existing relationships and maximise fundraising opportunities 

• Provide excellent account management for new and established partners, including regular and meaningful communication.

• Produce relevant, creative, and compelling proposals, reports and updates to keep our corporate partners motivated and engaged. 

• Identify and execute creative ways to bring our work to life for funders.

• Ensure that relationships with donors (both new and existing) are maintained and managed effectively before, during, and after receipt of funds. 

• Effectively communicate Ygam’s vision, mission, and programmes to potential donors. Delivering and shaping engaging and emotive copy for appeal letters, emails, newsletters, and other promotional materials. 

• Contributing to wider Fundraising Department objectives, sharing innovative ideas, supporting all income streams, and promoting a culture of positive team-working. 

• Working closely with the External Affairs team to ensuring effective use of case studies, photography, statistics, and organisational information and that all communications are consistent and in line with Ygam brand guidelines. 

Head of Individual Giving

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Head of Individual Giving to lead and grow our individual giving programme.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll shape and deliver our individual giving strategy, overseeing the recruitment, retention and development of individual supporters. You’ll lead on our major appeals, including an annual national campaign to Catholic parishes across the UK.

You’ll also play a key role in developing new fundraising products, optimising donor journeys, and ensuring our CRM and data systems support excellent stewardship and insight-driven decision making. This is a senior position with significant scope to shape the programme and make your mark.

About You

We’re looking for a confident and strategic fundraiser with a strong grasp of individual giving and a collaborative approach. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering successful individual giving or direct marketing campaigns in the charity sector

fundraising materials, processing personal data, maintaining donor records on Salesforce 
and working with the Supporter Services Team to create, monitor, improve and 
automate excellent supporter care journeys.
• Plan and deliver risk assessments, logistics, income and expenditure, account 
reconciliation and evaluations to shape future recommendations and continuously 
improve effectiveness. 
• Attend supporter or charity-organised fundraising events, always acting as a proud and 
inspiring ambassador for the charity. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key supporters, utilising the Fundraising Hub to 
communicate information about the impact of the charity and the changing fundraising 
needs.
• Maximise all opportunities with supporters and potential fundraisers, using persuasive 
and motivational skills to drive support for the charity on a long-term basis.
• Lead on the creation of event content for the charity website and social media platforms 
with support from the wider events team and Marketing and Communications Team.
