Your role 

Join Global’s Make Some Noise as our Partnerships Manager and be at the forefront of driving fundraising income through securing and account managing high value corporate and charity partnerships.

This is a predominantly new business role (around 70%), focused on identifying opportunities, developing compelling partnership propositions and securing significant income through both commercial and charity partnerships. Alongside winning new partners, you'll manage a portfolio of existing relationships to maximise long-term value and repeat investment.

Our partnerships span two key areas:

• Commercial partnerships – media-led opportunities across Global's portfolio, including headline sponsorship of Make Some Noise's October Appeal, branded content and commercial campaigns across radio, podcasts, digital and outdoor platforms.

• Charity partnerships – Charity of the Year partnerships, match funding campaigns and strategic funding collaborations with trusts, foundations and other charitable funders.

Key Responsibilities

New Business (70%)

• Develop compelling partnership opportunities tailored to different audiences.

• You will have an extensive track record in generating and delivering 6-figure+ partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

• Charity partnership experience with an understanding of how to pitch Charity of the Year and work with Trusts/Foundations to unlock support.

• A track record of partnerships design and delivery, from identification through cultivation, stewardship and successful delivery.

• A commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify partner motivations and create mutually beneficial high-value partnerships for all involved.

• A credible relationship builder and networker, able to represent the work of Make Some Noise with senior stakeholders, corporate partners, charitable funders and industry networks.

We are seeking a proactive, forward-thinking, part-qualified or qualified accountant to lead the development of an efficient, AI-assisted finance function for the charity. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of Home-Start Southwark and Lewisham's senior leadership team, in the only finance-focussed role within the team, taking ownership of the organisation's financial systems, reporting, and compliance — and critically, you will have the opportunity to strategically shape how finance operates over the next 6–12 months.

This is a growth opportunity for someone who has an interest and belief in our work supporting local families and combines strong technical finance skills with curiosity about technology, a willingness to challenge existing ways of working, and the confidence to work at Board level. Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Reporting Analyst to develop the dashboards, reporting and performance information used by teams across Fundraising, Marketing and the wider organisation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll combine Power BI, SQL and analytical thinking with lots of stakeholder interaction. You'll build and improve reporting, understand what colleagues really need from their data and find smarter ways to make trusted information easier to access and use.
 

Salary

The salary for this role is £42,770 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Salary and benefits

• £46,350-53,045 salary, depending on experience.

The Role

This is a hands-on role combining direct family support, project management, service development and partnership building. You will hold an appropriate caseload, develop new activity, build strong local referral pathways and help turn the countywide plans into practical support for families.

• Experience of using CRM segmentation, audience insights, and automated marketing tools to deliver personalised, high-volume communications that treat mass supporters as individuals. 
• Expertise in mapping, testing, and optimising end-to-end supporter journeys, removing operational friction, and building retention 
• Strong track record of driving collaboration across wider departmental functions (such as Brand, Communication and Digital) to deliver cohesive, integrated public-facing acquisition campaigns.
• Experience managing income and expenditure budgets, setting performance metrics/OKRs, and executing detailed financial reforecasting to demonstrate clear return on investment (ROI). 
• Demonstrated ability to line manage, coach, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to foster a high-performing, supportive team culture.

We’re looking for a proactive Production Manager to drive the planning, coordination and delivery of digital, creative and content projects that support our engagement goals.

This is a key delivery role within our Digital delivery and planning team as part of the Engagement department. You will help to traffic and coordinate a wide range of small‑to‑medium projects, ensuring work is well‑planned, on track and clearly communicated.

What you will do

You’ll be responsible for:

People and Team Leadership

• Line manage the Fundraising Manager, providing regular supervision, support, and performance development

The Opportunity 

As a key leader within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering the Social Mobility Foundation’s Employer Programme – how we inform, influence and positively impact employer-led social mobility, and a source of income generation.

You will champion the Employer Programme internally, forging effective collaborations with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our work with employers is understood and celebrated, and that opportunities to promote, develop and grow are maximised.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Income Development, you’ll be the custodian of the Social Mobility Employer Index (SMEI) – our annual benchmarking and assessment tool for how UK employers recruit, retain and develop talent from all socioeconomic backgrounds and build inclusive workplaces. A key priority for this role will be a strategic growth plan for the Employer Programme that focuses on growing Index entrants, diversifying employment sectors, progressing employer best practice and maximising revenue.

By collaborating with internal teams and existing partners who offer pro-bono consultancy, you’ll scope, develop and deliver new products, resources and services that equip employers with the knowledge and practical tools to improve social mobility in the workplace.

We’re looking for someone who is willing and able to move easily between strategic thinking, marketing and hands-on delivery, and is excited about taking full ownership over this important work. Combining a passion for delivering our mission with keen commercial acumen, high attention to detail and project management skills, this is a unique chance to make a big impact on social mobility in the UK.

Location: We operate a hybrid model of work i.e. a combination of in-person and remote, with flexible days in the office depending on business need and your preferences. We would typically expect in-office attendance an average of one day per week.

When in the office you will be based in one of our regional offices (either Birmingham, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester or Newcastle – depending on preference and accessibility). Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer service and value proposition

• Define the customer journey for the SMEI and ensure seamless customer experience, with clear and proactive communication and relevant content and resources 
• Actively manage and steward the customer pipeline for the SMEI and broader Employer Programme, reporting on prospects, acquisition and conversion 
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve and develop products and services  

 2. Product ownership and project management 

• Project manage the Programme, with responsibility for key delivery areas yourself, as well as working with the Senior Index Coordinator / Policy Officer and other colleagues/external suppliers to deliver 
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Programme and the annual Index scoring and feedback cycle, working with the Senior Policy Officer to ensure a smooth experience for employers  
• Lead the annual cycle for the SMEI product and other employer products as they are developed: defining the scope of work and setting priorities, survey review and design, data collection, overseeing marking and reporting, product review and evaluation 
• Manage all aspects of the Employer service, including the ongoing development of the digital platform, employer resources and online content   

3. Product and service development

• Develop the Employer Programme by scoping, developing and delivering new products, resources and services that equip employers with the knowledge and practical tools to improve social mobility in the workplace, e.g. a consultancy offer, events, webinars, staff training and off-the-shelf resources  
• Work with pro-bono supporters and existing partners to scope need, and test and pilot new products and services

• Champion and represent the Employer Programme externally, including attending and presenting at events, acting as spokesperson, meeting prospective entrants and other opportunities to grow connections and reach 
• Engage with external stakeholders, such as employers, policy experts and social mobility practitioners, to understand key issues and trends relevant to workplace and employer-led social mobility 
• Scope and create an external advisory group to support the development of the products and services that form part of the Employer Programme

• Work with internal and external partners to ensure the Index is as technologically efficient as possible, e.g. automating aspects of the marking and feedback process, ensuring quality monitoring, evaluation and reporting and identifying and progressing other ways to drive efficiency and maximise reach, whilst retaining the quality of the programme 
• Drive best practice and set a culture where digital tools are used effectively for relationship management and fundraising, including Salesforce 
• Maintain accurate and up to date records, using SharePoint and our Salesforce CRM to support pipeline management, income tracking and partner record

• Most of our work is office based, but you will spend a lot of time collaborating with other teams and clients via email, telephone and other communications channels such as Teams or Zoom.

Natural Capital Assessment Partnership

The Natural Capital Assessment Partnership (NCAP) has operated for over 30 years. Formerly the Habitat Biodiversity Audit, a key remit of NCAP has been to survey and gather habitat data across Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull, combining ecological field surveys with pioneering satellite imagery and remote sensing analysis. A second key aspect of NCAP’s work is managing the Local Wildlife Sites programme for the region.

Data acquired and produced by the team supports Local Wildlife Site designations, Local Nature Recovery Strategy development and monitoring, and creates baseline habitat reports and statistics.  This localised yet UK-leading dataset provides robust evidence for decision-making and monitoring, plus a unique record of land-use change over the past two decades. Combined with Biological Records Centre species data, it offers an unrivalled picture of the local state of nature.

NCAP is funded by local authorities, managed by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and hosted by Warwickshire County Council.
