Who are we looking for?
You will be a determined and passionate individual who wants to make a real difference to critically injured patients in London. You will have experience in developing and delivering robust supporter engagement, acquisition and retention campaigns.
The purpose of the Senior Direct Marketing Officer’s role is to deliver and evolve the acquisition and retention strategy, inspiring the people of London to become long-term supporters of the Charity.
Working closely with the Senior Direct Marketing Manager, you will manage campaign activity, from briefing through to execution, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement within the programme, particularly with regards to retention and delivery of the supporter journey.
You will be responsible for multi-channel donor acquisition, retention, upgrade and cross-sell campaigns across digital channels, print, telephone and provide occasional support to our successful Face to Face programme. You will take ownership of the delivery of our supporter journey for our regular donors, cash, lottery and raffle players – with huge scope to make a big impact in this area.
The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Although the post is based at Mansell Street, LAA offers a hybrid working arrangement.

We now have an opportunity for a fixed term Performance Marketing Specialist to join us at Battersea. This role is responsible for delivering, optimising and evaluating Battersea’s digital advertising campaigns, specialising in paid social advertising channels such as Meta and TikTok. You will implement and manage large annual media spends to support the achievement of strategic objectives and individual campaign targets.
We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to manage the development of Brand focused digital media plans, from media planning through to implementation and end of campaign reporting. You will be required to deliver against performance targets and establish paid social activity as a key acquisition driver for teams and objectives across the organisation. You will also advise and recommend the best use of the platforms to hit performance targets.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will need excellent creative skills, and strong experience in developing campaign strategies and implementing a busy social media advertising plan, with a proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple ad platforms.

About the Role
The role requires a well-structured and highly organised approach, to ensure delivery and reporting is of the highest quality and a creative and proactive approach, to navigate challenges and hold others to account, when needed. Hours:
This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday.
From 1st July 2024 we are piloting a four day working week across the whole of the UK organisation. This pilot is planned to run for 12 months, at which point a decision will be made by our Board of Trustees as to whether this will become permanent. Success of the trial relies on the organisation being able to achieve the same or improved level of impact in four working days as five, with staff experiencing either the same or improved levels of wellbeing.
During the four day week pilot, working hours for this position will be reduced to 30 hours per week, spanning Monday to Thursday, with no reduction in salary. This will be a temporary change to the contractual terms with the successful candidate. The appointed person must be prepared to increase their working hours to 37.5 hours per week if a return to a five-day working week is decided.

Mapping out and developing our major donor programme for the next twelve months and beyond - planning a calendar of content and touch points to further cultivate and steward our key donors, such as exclusive webinars, networking meet-ups or larger fundraising events.

Coordinating the major donor version of our annual supporter survey - collaborating with colleagues to align this to our general supporter survey, targeting questions with a major donor audience in mind, collating and analysing responses, and using them to inform and develop our major donor programme.

Hosting donors at events - inviting them to protests and other events, such as our legal challenge against the use of Frankenchickens, and making sure they are well looked after.

Prospect research - identifying, researching and assessing potential new major gifts prospects, and then developing cultivation plans for further engagement.

Supporting the Head of Development with our trust and grant fundraising. This could include collaborating with consultants to complete prospect research and applications, creating and submitting low-level funding bids, and working with colleagues from across the organisation, to coordinate the submission of monitoring reports for our funders.

Helping drive understanding of and engagement with fundraising across the organisation, with staff, volunteers and trustees - giving presentations, leading workshops with other departments, engaging staff, volunteers and trustees in the thanking process (i.e. getting them to send thank you cards to donors), and regularly updating the wider team on fundraising progress.

Supporting other fundraising campaigns and initiatives, such as our end of year appeal, working with your colleagues in the Development Team to help find match funders from our pool of our major givers.

The Role:
The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for key account management, and specifically developing and supporting relationships with programme sponsors and partners within the WorldGBC network.
The Partner Engagement Lead will work closely alongside the programme/projects team subject leads, taking responsibility for day to day management of activities that relate to sponsors or stakeholders, including partner relationships, external collaborations and fundraising.
Working cross-functionally within a matrix-style organisation, the Lead will work collaboratively on the engagement pillar of WorldGBC's fundraising team alongside the Partnerships Manager and the Strategic Partnerships Lead. The Partner Engagement Lead will report to the Director of Programmes Strategy.

ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. This role will identify, develop and manage top food partners relationships and strengthen existing business relationships with companies in the food industry, generating value for the partner and to secure growing and sustainable volumes of surplus food for the FareShare Network.

About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Patrons Manager, the Patrons Manager is responsible for cultivating a pipeline of potential Patrons, from prospecting through to making the ask. You will work to achieve significant growth of Patrons membership whilst ensuring the highest standards are met.
We are looking for a determined, self-led individual who will gain satisfaction from achieving ambitious targets.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Significantly increase income from the Patrons scheme in-line with the Museum's Patrons objectives and strategy, primarily through the recruitment of new Patrons.
- Work with Senior Patrons Manager and the department Research Manager, to prospect, cultivate and recruit new Patrons at all levels, with a particular focus currently on the £6,000 and £3,500 tiers (reviewable in future years).
- Work with the Membership Team to identify opportunities to promote the Patrons scheme, and to steward donors who may already be supporting the Museum.
- Feedback insight to support the stewardship and renewal of the Museum's existing Patrons.
- Work with the Patrons Coordinator to ensure that day-to-day enquiries from Patrons are answered in a timely fashion, and that any emerging issues are escalated where necessary.
- To ensure that all UK and international Patrons are aware of opportunities to give to the scheme in a tax efficient and effective manner.
About you:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a subject which requires excellent written skills.
- Experience in fundraising and private giving with sound knowledge of Annual Giving schemes.
- Experience in handling data (including financial data) and designing effective processes.
- Advanced organisational, planning and administrative skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Administrative skills and strong attention to detail.
- Resourceful, logical and analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to undertake other duties and work outside of standard hours, as required.

The British Museum is seeking a new Membership Services Manager (Sales) to deliver a first-class service for Members onsite, maximise income from Membership sales and manage the Members' Room. The role will work to ensure that Members' generous support is reciprocated with an experience of enduring value, while also utilising every opportunity to generate the best returns for the Museum.
Key areas:
Manage and directly oversee the work of the Membership front of house team, liaising with stakeholders and other departments to deliver onsite Membership benefits and support, facilitating the best access for Members, resolving and escalating any feedback that arises, providing high standards of customer care.
Take primary responsibility for the generation of revenue from Membership sales, developing a sales strategy to ensure targets are met and exceeded, reporting and monitoring on weekly and monthly sales, working across the Museum to ensure the best availability and visibility of Membership sales channels.
Take primary responsibility for the operation of the Members' Room, managing the relationship with the Members' Room caterer, overseeing the budget and expenditure each year, delivering a first-class service which maximises revenue and Member satisfaction.
About you:
- Experience in a busy front of house environment in the public or private sector.
- Strong sales experience and commercial awareness.
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
- First-class attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative processes.
- Conscientious and proactive mindset, with a willingness to never let a problem go unresolved or an opportunity for incredible service unrealised.
- Talented at building relationships across multiple departments, analysing and presenting complex information, and managing and leading colleagues.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Service Manager to support women and children who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. In this role you will provide line management and support to staff who work with and help women and their children who have experienced domestic abuse and are staying in our Lambeth refuges. Our Lambeth refuges are culturally specific services for women and children of African and Caribbean heritage. This will include providing supervision on complex casework issues such as child protection, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.
