The Senior Marketing Manager is an integral role to ensuring we are reaching our audiences effectively. You will develop and implement marketing strategies for Anthony Nolan’s marketing campaigns and audience approaches, and support our fundraising, register development and patient services colleagues in delivering their campaigns with your team.

You will be responsible for developing and utilising insight to grow awareness in these audiences, driving brand uplift to encourage future action and loyalty. You will lead your team of audience specialist marketing managers in driving successful marketing campaigns and activity, leading on key audience journeys, and providing marketing advice and practical support to other teams across the organisation. You will work closely with and support the Head of Marketing & Brand to deliver against key marketing and organisational objectives.

About The Role

Medaille Trust is one of the leading providers of support to survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking in the UK. We are working to provide refuge and freedom for survivors and fighting to see slavery in all its forms become a thing of the past. The need for this work has never been higher, there are more than 50 million estimated victims of modern slavery worldwide, and over 120,000 potential victims in the UK.

We operate ten safe houses and five outreach hubs, staffed round the clock by specialist staff, working with more than 600 men, women and dependent children each year.  We work to raise awareness in the UK and to provide preventive work in source countries. Purpose of the Role

This is an opportunity for the right person to join the Refugee Migrant Centre (RMC) as an experienced Bid Writer. RMC is an established, award winning, regional charity, renowned for its work with refugees and migrants.

For over 25 years, RMC has assisted thousands of refugees and migrants from 164 countries. It has helped to remove the barriers to integration, helping its clients become equal citizens, using a whole-person approach to the delivery of services from specialist legal advice through to education and employment programmes.

Job Title: Service Manager

Location: Derby City (office based)

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Service Manager to lead on the delivery of high-quality services to the women and their children living in our refuges and survivors of domestic abuse supported by our community outreach service.

We are recruiting for Service Manager who is passionate about supporting survivors who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes.  This is a multifaceted, fast paced, and exciting role where you will join our team in Derby to lead on the delivery and development of high-quality refuge and outreach services for survivors of domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes.

Our service provision in Derby includes culturally specific service for South Asian women as well as a specialist multiple disadvantage support worker who support survivors facing enhanced needs.

The post holder will provide line management and support to the accommodation based and the outreach service staff. This will include providing supervision on complex and high-risk cases, overseeing operational emergencies, and ensuring high standards of casework. You will also ensure that all service users in refuges and the outreach service always receive a high-quality support service in line with Refuge’s policies and procedures.

The Service Manager will lead on the delivery of the multiagency aspect of work, working jointly with the Refuge teams and wider stakeholders to deliver best services to the survivors.

Candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to vulnerable people, managing, and motivating staff, managing casework as well as working within multiagency setting.  In addition, you must have an excellent knowledge of domestic abuse and other gender-based violence and its impact on survivors.  

You will have knowledge of relevant criminal and civil law legislation, as well as Housing and Health and Safety legislation.   

As member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call management service.

The service manager will be responsible for ensuring that contractual and other funding requirements are met fully, this includes ensuring that the services operate within the allocated budget and that Refuge’s high-quality standards are maintained. The role may involve visiting potential sites and contributing to the establishment of new services in conjunction with the development team.

The job involves working closely with staff that support survivors and their children who are experiencing domestic abuse and other gender-based violence.

In this influential role, you'll support the Director in developing grant making strategy, research organisations and assess applications, and monitor existing grants making recommendations for continuation or termination. Location: Remote (based in Birmingham or Coventry area) with regular local travel and occasional visits to London and Sheffield

About the role

As Senior Community Fundraiser, you will be an important part of the team building Breast Cancer Now’s presence across the North and Midlands; local knowledge and networks will be key to success in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to:

• Identify and develop relationships with new supporters including individuals, clubs, societies, and local businesses.
• Nurture existing long-term relationships to increase fund raised income and engagement.
• Lead a brand-new pilot for our award-winning Asda Tickled Pink partnership, engaging stores and inspiring colleagues and customers to raise vital funds.

You’ll dedicate 50% of your time to the Asda Tickled Pink pilot, working closely with store teams to increase engagement and income. The other half will focus on developing community fundraising across your region.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• An excellent relationship builder providing exceptional customer service / account management / stewardship. Previous experience working in a charity is not required.
• Experience in developing  customer relationships  / accounts /  supporters, with a focus on retention and income growth.
• A confident communicator and natural team player, able to inspire and influence a wide range of audiences.
• Highly organised, able to analyse and organise data, work independently and manage budgets.

You’ll need a full clean driving licence, access to a car, and flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.
